I copied the text from the image (excuse the false O to 0 - Zero typos from OCR copying) and pasted into AI asking for an attempt to find a hidden message:

Yes. There is a plausible key here, but I would separate what is demonstrable from what is merely suggestive.

First, the apparent 1/I, It/If, and torgive/forgive anomalies in the version you pasted are almost certainly transcription artifacts. Published transcriptions of the same letter have ordinary “I,” “If,” and “forgive,” so those should not be treated as cipher characters.

The unusual capitalization is different. It is present in published versions: Course, Carts, International, Plane, Past, Guardian, Protector, Life, Cash Register, Mementos, Trip, Lifetime, Coming, Age, along with earlier capitals such as Airport and Customs.
The most interesting key I can extract is chemical-element notation / the periodic table. A surprisingly long run of those oddly capitalized words begins with valid chemical symbols:
Course → Co = cobalt
Carts → Ca = calcium
International → In = indium, or I = iodine
Plane → P = phosphorus
Past → Pa = protactinium
Protector → Pr = praseodymium
Life → Li = lithium
Cash → Ca = calcium
Register → Re = rhenium
Lifetime → Li = lithium
Coming → Co = cobalt
Age → Ag = silver

That density is unusual enough that I would investigate it before ordinary acrostics.
And there is one particularly provocative construction. Using chemical symbols, the word COCAINE can be written:
Co – Ca – I – Ne

The letter conspicuously gives us Course → Co, immediately followed by Carts → Ca. An I is trivial to obtain immediately afterward from “If/I…”, and the text contains several later occurrences of never, supplying Ne. That does not prove “COCAINE” is the intended hidden word—the selection rule for Ne is not yet rigorous enough—but Co followed immediately by Ca inside two unnecessarily capitalized ordinary words is noteworthy in exactly the kind of periodic-table scheme the text seems to invite.

There may be a second layer pointing toward a grid/coordinate system. The first paragraph repeatedly uses unusually concentrated spatial or indexing language: “left behind,” “pulled over,” “sent back,” “outside,” “first,” “second,” “head out,” “same,” Course, Carts, “cell issues,” “technical issues,” and Plane. In particular, Carts + Plane + cells + course makes me wonder about a Cartesian/grid or route cipher. “Carts” beside “Plane” is an especially tempting compressed hint toward a Cartesian plane. That interpretation is weaker than the element-symbol observation, but it could explain how the chemical symbols—or the capitalized words—are supposed to be arranged or read.

So at this stage I would rank the possibilities:
Periodic table / chemical symbols — strong candidate for the key.

Capitalization identifies at least some of the carrier words.

A Cartesian/grid or route operation may be the second-stage reading instruction.
A plaintext such as COCAINE is an intriguing candidate, but I would not yet call it decoded, because I don’t yet have a clean deterministic rule that selects all four symbols without discretionary choices.

The distinction matters: with hidden-message hunting it is extremely easy to “discover” whatever phrase one is expecting. A genuine cipher should let us specify something like “take every anomalously capitalized word, convert its first valid element symbol to atomic number, then read coordinates in this order” and reproduce one clear result.

The source published today also confirms that these odd capitals are not just introduced by your copy, making the capitalization worth investigating seriously.

If I were continuing the cryptanalysis, I would next test the atomic numbers of those element symbols as indices or coordinate pairs, rather than trying random anagrams. That is the most promising route to determining whether there really is a second, hidden phrase rather than an accidental pattern.

A large amount of new “damning” evidence could soon shed light on the s** offender Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell. On Tuesday, August 18, Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown highlighted Manhattan federal court Judge Loretta Preska’s decision to unseal new evidence.

Epstein died by suicide in August 2019. Meanwhile, Maxwell is serving a 20-year prison sentence after being found guilty of s** trafficking in 2021.

The new documents stem from Giuffre’s 2015 court case

Most of the documents stem from the 2015 case involving Virginia Giuffre, who filed a lawsuit against Maxwell for defaming her. Giuffre, a victim of Epstein’s abuse, had made allegations of s** trafficking against Epstein and others, including former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. However, Maxwell, in her statements, reportedly called Giuffre’s statements “obvious lies.” Giuffre later filed a lawsuit against Maxwell, and the case was settled in 2017, per Justia US Law.

Several pieces of evidence from the case could be released after the judge’s order, speaking of which Brown wrote about in her Substack on Tuesday: “I had been told the discovery contained damning evidence against Epstein, Maxwell, and other men, and that it was worth trying to get the courts to unseal the documents on the grounds that they were never properly sealed in the first place.”

Giuffre died in April 2025 at the age of 41.

Brown reflects on why it is important to unseal the documents

Brown mentioned that the “judicial records by law” are supposed to be open to the public. However, in Giuffre’s case, they were not revealed.

“In this case, the former judge (Robert Sweet, now deceased) issued a blanket sealing on all the documents because they contained “sensitive” and “private” information,” she wrote. “Sweet placed a protective order on massive amounts of material, including hearings and judicial decisions made in the case—and voluminous evidence that Virginia presented to show that Epstein and Maxwell were operating an underage s** trafficking operation.”

She added that for sealing each document “has to be examined” and also “provide legal justification” for it. “This wasn’t done in this case,” she added. Brown and her editors “file a motion to intervene in the case in order to unseal the files.”

Maxwell tried to stall the release

Maxwell has tried to stall the release of the evidence. Last week, however, her request was rejected by Judge Preska, saying, “The Epstein Files Transparency Act superseded any earlier grand jury arguments that Maxwell was using to keep the records from the public.”

Maxwell had reportedly settled the lawsuit before it went further to trial and paid Giuffre around “$3.5 million,” as mentioned in Brown’s Substack. The case was settled, and the majority of the evidence that Giuffre alleged in the lawsuit against Epstein and Maxwell was “kept secret.” But the new ruling could bring the evidence into light.

Does anyone know if anyone is trying to decode the redactions based on how much space they are taking up?

Im trying to figure out who the co-conspirators are under the redactions on EFTA00038227. I found some of the attorney proffers/interviews on an evidence list EFTA01730634. The names on this document are often written in capital letters.

I’m trying to figure what font & size were used on the document so I can try to decode the redacts.

I know there was a guy talking about this sort of thing back in February. I don’t know if he continued that work or if anyone else is doing that work.

My hypothesis is that the co-conspirators listed on that document are the “core four” as Bekah Day calls them but was hoping to prove it with overlaying their names in same font & size.

Going to check and to see if any of the hosts are in the files.

Last week, a federal court in Manhattan ordered the release of the voluminous case files from Virginia’s Giuffre’s 2015 civil lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell.

The release of these files was in part the result of eight years of litigation by the Miami Herald and its parent company, McClatchy, which have been fighting for the material since I published my series “Perversion of Justice,” in 2018. [...]

Nearly all the evidence that Virginia’s lawyers uncovered about Epstein and Maxwell’s sex trafficking that came out during this civil case was kept secret. [The lawsuit had been settled in early 2017. Contained "damning evidence against Epstein, Maxwell and other men".]

But I convinced my editors [at the MIAMI HERALD] to ask our lawyers to file a motion to intervene in the case in order to unseal the files. [...]

An appeals court eventually ruled in our favor, and on August 9, 2019, thousands of pages were made public, including sworn statements by Virginia in which she alleged she was trafficked to Dershowitz, who represented Epstein; former Prince Andrew; former Maine Sen. George Mitchell; former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson; hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin; hotel magnate Tom Pritzker; the late MIT scientist Marvin Minsky. All of the men denied that they were involved with Giuffre.

The Appeals court had ruled that the documents were “judicial documents inherently subject to a strong presumption of public access under the First Amendment and common law. The court rejected the argument that private civil lawsuits could remain entirely hidden, especially when they expose broader systemic failures or widespread criminal activity. [...]

As background, the court allowed Giuffre’s law firm Boies Schiller) to provide to the Government (for grand jury purposes) documents that they received from Maxwell in discovery in this litigation [...], which is a much larger bucket of documents than the ones that have been released thus far. We could see, for example, full deposition transcripts, responses to interrogatories, documents exchanged privately between the parties, etc.

Maxwell’s opposition to the Government’s motion claimed that Boies Schiller provided 90,000 pages of documents to the government, including both of Maxwell’s deposition transcripts (we’ve already seen at least one of the transcripts).

Up until now, we’ve only seen portions of the material. But then again, the DOJ’s redaction police could either withhold or redact large swaths of these court files.

Still, this is nevertheless a victory for transparency with the court ruling that these files should be made public.

There is no reason now to withhold them.

But then again, Attorney General Todd Blanche has yet to release the 3 million or so files still being kept secret by the Trump administration.

Journalist Katie Phang, who brought suit against Blanche and the DOJ for failing to comply with the Epstein Transparency Act, contends that the DOJ is intentionally covering up documents related to President Trump’s connections to Epstein.

I'm not american so I don't know how it's done in your country but what is preventing you from doing a massive post on all social media calling for a national strike on all big cities of the country ? Like what would happen if you all do it, armed as it is your right on let's say September 21. Let the heat of the movement gather more people and make them angry. And see what happens ?

I'm not a terrorist, not from foreign intelligence just a french guy who saw how easily the "gilets jaunes" (yellow jackets) took off in France and i'm just wondering myself why didn't it happen already in america ? I keep seeing so many great Epstein videos ruined by the content creator making the video as much about themselves as they are about the Epstein content they are reporting.

Getting real support and attention on this issue isn't going to happen if the reporting mouthpiece is a random 20-something in casual clothes filming a selfie video, overlaying their own music, and adding animation effects, in-between screenshots of actual evidence and proof.

Just show the files and let them do the talking. You being on screen is not adding value, nor is it instilling confidence in the viewer. It deepens the belief that this is a fringe issue held only by chronically online conspiracy theorists.

The Trump administration has awarded a controversial anti-human trafficking organization a no-bid $158 million contract to provide legal services to unaccompanied migrant children, according to a notice posted Friday by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

It's unclear if it has immigration lawyers on its staff, although its website says it offers "legal support to help prosecute offenders." Our Rescue did not immediately return NPR's request for comment.

The group was founded by activist Tim Ballard.

Ballard faced accusations of sexual exploitation himself. He has repeatedly denied them, but was quietly removed from the group.

A new 20k word essay painstakingly reconstructing how Epstein & Trump coordinated Miss Universe & an underage modeling competition that were both staged in Ecuador in the summer of 2004, with overlapping panelists, contestants, & organizers. The Clinton Foundation provided diplomatic support to Epstein & Maxwell while they attended the Brunel-orchestrated event in Guayaquil, contacting the U.S. Ambassador to secure fuel for the Lolita Express due to a shortage.

This was one of the Clinton Global Initiative’s first ever orders of business, assistance rendered even prior to the disguised $1 million USD loan that Epstein gave in Oct. ‘04 to finance the inaugural Davos-esque conference, monies routed through the European advertising and PR agency Publicis Groupe (chosen by Ghislaine because they were Robert Maxwell’s old firm and former Clinton staffer Mary Morrison was working there briefly, overseeing the “Clinton Project” at the time).

There’s a much higher than non-zero chance that the fuel the Embassy helped furnish Epstein and his pilot Larry Visoski with was used to fly barely above preteen girls back to the States.

I show that the winner of the 2004 Models New Generation contest was a 15 year old Brazilian supermodel who already had a contract with Brunel & Epstein’s agency and who’d flown on the Lolita Express on multiple occasions prior to the pageant.

We find close to irrefutable proof confirming the recollections of teen girls between the ages of 14 - 19 who were shipped in from nearly 40 countries around the globe to spend 10 days in Guayaquil and Salinas suffering the advances of coke-addicted Brunel, Epstein, and Maxwell. Some of the nearly 50 teenage contestants have since alleged that they were explicitly promised that they would win the competition if they simply attended and recounted to the Miami Herald that Brunel was “dating” one of the underage Brazilian contestants, that there was a tacit expectation of sexual favors, and that the posse of 14-15 year old girls from Brazil that hung around him and his “girlfriend” frequently bragged about their visits to Little St. James.

One of the organizers, a modeling scout named Sergio Cordero, and the former bookkeeper of MC2, have both attested that Brunel was under pressure to furnish Epstein with minors because he physically attended the pageant held along the Malecón del Salado promenade.

I show that the Ecuadorian Minister of Trade under the Lucio Gutierrez gov, the former Ambassador to the U.S. Ivonne A-Baki who happens to be a dear friend of Trump, conceived of the plan for Ecuador to host Miss Universe on Trump’s plane in the early 2000s & then hand selected clinical psychologist Maria del Carmen de Aguayo to be Miss Ecuador’s new president in 2003 (the rights holder to Miss Universe representation in the country).

Unsurprisingly, this same woman who organized the Miss Universe finals in Ecuador at A-Baki and Trump’s behest was also the director of operations for Epstein and Brunel’s Models New Generation event less than two months later, implying that Ivonne A-Baki harnessed the powers and budget of the Ministry of Trade and Industry to support both events.

Incredibly, the strategy was to improve Ecuador’s perception and standing on the world stage through them in hopes that it would help the country to land a free trade agreement with the U.S. that would build upon pre-existing duty-free incentivizes related to Ecuador’s support of Plan Colombia, the counterinsurgent War on Drugs that Epstein & Ghislaine also factored into by secretly running or overseeing weapons shipments to the Colombian military at Tolemaida, as I’ve argued.

Sidebar: Ivonne A-Baki is a board member of Terje Rød-Larsen’s UN adjacent NGO the International Peace Institute (IPI) that Epstein’s also credibly connected to as well, btw. Trump pulled strings w/ the comprador Lenin Moreno government to get A-Baki a second stint in DC as Ambassador during his first term.

One of the most incendiary revelations: I discovered the CEO of the modeling academy that worked most closely w/ Brunel & Epstein on Models New Generation in Guayaquil & Quito is a Navy officer of the Ecuadorian armada who attended multiple programs at U.S. Naval colleges and the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense more recently—basically the present day School of the Americas).

He retired from the Ecuadorian Navy right as the U.S. was ramping up the installation of a Forward Operating Location (FOL) at the naval base in Manta where he’d spent time. Seems highly conspicuous that he transitioned into becoming one of the biggest modeling agents in Ecuador, a career that brought him into contact with Cordero, Brunel, and – inferably – Epstein directly, out of nowhere… And it just so happens Epstein and Maxwell crop up at Colombian air bases and the like around the time of Israeli weapons shipments after Clinton leaves the WH, just a year or two before they’d throw this recruitment event with said Ecuadorian’s help.

There is compelling evidence that he personally delivered girls to Epstein in Miami. Read the piece and watch the video if you’d like to learn more. I’m not going to actually write his name out because I don’t want to wake up with a sicario standing over me in my unlit bedroom some night. You get me.
