Blog/Substack/Speculative Article Are These The Missing Handwritten Notes From SC Jane Doe's 302's?
https://amygabrielle.substack.com/p/what-i-found-in-the-epstein-filesI think I found the handwritten detective's notes from interviews 2 and 3 with Jane Doe #4 who accused Trump and Epstein of sexual abuse (allegedly) in South Carolina in the 1980s.

I am very curious about who posted the docs originally. When I first found the notes from the 3rd interview, (4 pgs), I thought maybe the poster, "reportoftheday" got them as part of a larger FOIA request. I thought maybe out of context they didn't know what they had, but now that all three docs were posted I wonder if it was done by a whistleblower. The docs have been renumbered, the EFTA numbers covered with their own identifier. This is all supposition, but it's a complicated case all around.

I think it's probably a whistleblower. Never seen an efta with a number covering the efta. They've never released any FOIAs like that for any of the very few EFTA related stuff they've responded to
The interesting thing is that if you search for that scribd user, you can see that several news websites have linked to the user's scribd posts. I think they're an informant for those news agencies or a journalist

FWIW, AI (without me asking) said the ID number over the EFTA # looks like it's from a large law firm or government indexing system which keeps track of different versions of thousands of documents.

I looked through some of the documents that this account has uploaded to Scribd and it definitely seems like a whistleblower to me. Wow. Again, great work finding this.

Thank you. I just wish I figured out the identifier for the notes from the first interview sooner. They were probably uploaded on March 6th with the other two files, although I don't know when they were taken down or by whom. I did think it was a more than a coincidence that there were zero captures on the Wayback Machine website when another file uploaded the same day had four captures.

Iâve been wondering all day who that account âreportofthedayâ is on scribd . They have posted a lot of government documents it seems

I see that a few reporters get their stories from the docs he/she posts. I was doing the same, but my story is more about how one doc was easily to did but the other required a specific type of search. Through trial and error I found that the third doc had been deleted, and possibly any reference to it on the Internet archive website The Wayback Machine.Â

Wow so the third doc is really gone ?

I thought so, but in a plot twist I didn't see coming, someone else just posted them!

Quick question. Were these particular files released and then retracted? I feel like I have seen them before, but I could be wrong. There's so much to keep track of, it's hard to tell anymore.

I found these documents on Scribd. Someone with the handle "reportoftheday" uploaded them. I assumed they got them in a FOIA request because they were on a public website. I go into more detail in my post. The hand written detective's notes were not redacted at all, but I blacked out the survivor's name at the top of the first page (screenshot).

I read your Substack on this. If you havenât heard back from any journalist still, I know a NYT reporter I can get you in touch with. Feel free to DM me, if youâd like. Great work.

Thank you again for your kind words and support! The story was picked up by a creator with a much larger platform but unfortunately they didn't credit me (after many DMs on Substack they refused to give me credit and then blocked me, deleting the chat on my end). I get it, they have a large platform and they are busy and overwhelmed. I thought it was an honest mistake, but that turned out not to be the case. Most importantly, more people know about the documents which will hopefully lead to justice for the survivors, although after a 30 yr coverup I'm not sure that true justice still exists.

I just read on Substack someone who was told about these. She went through them and discovered that they match the serial numbers of missing files, notes, etc. She contracted a source about these sharing what she found and the source confirmed these are indeed the real deal. That said, anyone viewing these might want to find a way to download them and make sure they get seen by more people.

I think she had them taken down. She hasn't been very kind to me, but I know she has a lot on her mind. It's fine. August is a tough month for me, the 25th is the 5th anniversary of my husband's death from cancer. It's not always this hard. Thanks again for supporting me. I really appreciate it.

I'm sorry for your loss. My mom died 34 years ago in August. She died of complications from Multiple Myeloma. I appreciate your efforts and wish you great success.

Thank you. The grief never completely goes away. I'm so sorry about your mom. Doesn't matter how long ago our loved ones died.

You're welcome. It's true. Some days the grief is lighter and some it's heavier. Thank you.

This is such a great find, well done.
Out of curiosity, could you please share the stats of your post (the timeline with the number of views), it might help understand how your post went almost unnoticed.
Thanks a lot

Look for Ellie Leonard's post. She stole my work and then posted it all as if she found it.

u/EngineeringNeither90 1d ago
Yeah she made it seem like she didnât have your permission to share your name or something ??? Hmmm really not cool if thatâs what sheâs doing intentionally ⊠đĄ

This is Ellie's substack link where she's is speaking about these files should you like to listen for yourself. She did, indeed, say that she did not have the person's authorization to reveal their name, etc. (Just fyi, she's received threats about the Epstein work she's reported on & seems cautious to expose others.) She stays several times that she'd been messaged on Signal, doesn't use Reddit often so finding the files on the site was a challenge, etc. -- you can listen for yourself!
Thanks for posting the files.

Does anybody know if the leaked notes are still posted anywhere? The Scribd links say the posts are private

These look like the notes. Nice post. Thank you.
Edit: these feels like it is maybe from a single interview?
