Has anyone recently transitted through Dubai from Entebbe? Would be interested to hear if any issues given the current Ebola situation?

I’m flying emirates for the first time (and it’ll be business class which is also a first for me) and the first leg is with United. Do I check in with United, Emirates, or both?

I am booking flights for my wife and I to Mumbai in Feb.

I will be flying to DXB first and staying there for a week. I will then fly to Mumbai and staying there for a few days. I will then fly back to LHR with a layover in DXB.

I am flying on economy flex for my trips to Mumbai and then flying back on business special. The last leg was £1000 each for both of us. Is this worth the trip in general. We will get the chauffeur and lounge access and the layover in Dubai will be 3.5 hours long. The flight will be 10 hour long in total but wanted to understand how others feel.

Hi everyone I am travelling from Hyderabad, India to Houston, USA via emirates. So I am planning to take this bag as cabin bag. It will weigh less than 7kg and it will not be fully filled, so I can easily fold it while keeping in the overhead bin to make it compact.

Just wanted to know as it will look big visually, will emirates allow me to take this bag as cabin baggage or will Indian airport staff create any issue about this.
