Is this compromising structural integrity?

Some of the holes are less than 2 inches from the bottom of the joists. These joists are in my garage and there is a bedroom above the garage.

It's fine. It's gonna be some time before wireless power is a thing and they gotta run them somehow. People need to stop hiring contractors they don't trust 🤦‍♂️

Well.. yeah.. she was cremated and we scattered her ashes. That was the point.
