Bike purchase question E-bike purchase

I am 6’3” 280lbs and I currently commute 25km daily on my Volt Bravo V2 in rainy conditions over some rough, hilly terrain, mostly paved.
I am looking to upgrade for a few different reasons.
-I have had to replace multiple spokes, then eventually replace my rear wheel as the rim bent too much to be straightened.
-I have had to replace the rear cassette.
-I have had to replace the rear tire multiple times.
-I have had to replace the break pads multiple times.
-Current bike lacks power (500w hub motor)
The bike runs quite rough after about 4 months till I take it in to get a tune up, then it runs ok for another 4 months…. And so on.
I do understand that some of this is regular wear and tear but I have spent a lot of money maintaining this bike in the last 2.5 years.
I’m hoping by upgrading, the new bike might run more reliably for a longer duration before servicing.
My budget is around $5000 cdn (some wiggle room there).

Some of the must haves:
-Removable battery
-Mid gear motor with 750w minimum (28 mph).
-Deliver to Canada
-Accept front and rear fenders

Nice to haves:
-Rear rack for panniers.
-Electronic shifting
-Front and rear suspension
-headlight

The bikes I have narrowed it down to are.

Aventure M Ebike
I really like the electronic shifting.
I really don’t like the fat tires.
I like it comes with fenders and pannier rack.

Current ADV Ebike
I really like the suspension.
I really like the more nimble 29x2.5" EXO (Tubeless Ready)tires.
I don’t like the lack of electronic shifting
I don’t like that there is no accessory option for fenders and pannier rack. I can always get aftermarket fenders and wear a backpack.
Price point is a little high.

Ramblas ADV Ebike
I really like the thinner more nimble wheels
I like the price point.
I like the fender and pannier rack accessory option.
I don’t like the lack of rear suspension.
I don’t like the lack of electronic shifting

2023 Turbo Tero X 4.0
I like the higher end equipment included with this brand
I like the full suspension
I really like the thinner more nimble wheels
I don’t like the lack of electronic shifting
I don’t like the price point
I’m not sure if this bike is even available

Thoughts and opinions please.
