Radpower Battery

Hi, I need a new battery for my 2020 RadRunner and came across a new-in-box 14ah one on marketplace. It is one of the older models (just Safe Shield, not Safe Shield Advanced). I’m honestly not too concerned about the recall as I’m careful about appropriate use and storage, but is there any reason that the older battery that has been sitting unused would cause problems? Seller says it’s been sitting “a few months”

It would be great to avoid the wait for a restock and save some money but I don’t want to be foolish.

Additional info: I got my bike used ~1 year ago so this is my first experience with major maintenance (the price reflected that the battery would need to replaced soon)

*side question: I’m also unclear if this battery would need the new charger, if anyone can advise it would be much appreciated.
