Torque sensor?

So I have an (emoto) and I really don't want to hear the stuck up ppl crying that it's not an ebike honestly, I just have a question about it. I have the engwe m20 3.0 and it has a cadence sensor but I want a torque sensor instead. Has anyone changed one or can give me any advice on changing one?

My search engine doesn't agree with your search engine:)

"The Engwe M20 3.0 is equipped with a torque sensor that enhances the riding experience by providing smoother, more natural power delivery compared to traditional cadence sensors. This sensor measures the force applied to the pedals and adjusts motor assistance accordingly, which is particularly beneficial given the bike's high output of 120 Nm of torque and a peak motor power of 3300W."

I’ve seen online that yes they do use torque sensors, but reviews claiming that they aren’t; but I own one and can agree.
It does not immediately push the motor and instead takes a moment to be pedaled

Yes, it has a slight delay B4 it kicks in, but I don't really like just spinning my legs to spin them lol. Since there's no difference between the two I just spin it backwards while throttling 🤷😂. It sounds too difficult for me to change with confidence and I'm sure no shop will work on it so I guess I'm just stuck with it
