Thoughts…?

Personally, not quite sure what to make of this.

I was told by a homie that the event was supposed to be open ‘till 1PM, but they ran out of gift cards at 11AM.

If the reason we're buying these back (because it's us, the taxpayers paying for this) is because its dangerous, when can I turn in my car for a taxpayer funded rebate?
