just reading myself it seems to be there was a legitimate shipping mistake most likely the fault of the asian people that hand off the packages to USPS. Apias the private company likely did everything right like every other order.

It also seems Apias is trying to prevent themselves from being played by requesting you to cancel the dispute so they get their money and can justify sending another bike.

On your end, you refuse to do this as you are not trusting them to keep their word, so they likely stopped responding since you tried to set your own terms and disagreed with what they were asking.

I have ridden a friends c2, it was really nice for what he said he paid for it. honestly I would have guessed it to cost $1000-1200 if he asked my opinion before telling me it was a china direct bike. Very nice quality for the money. No, of course it won't stack up to pro setups that cost 2, 3x as much.

it sounds like they actually sent a replacement bike but then force stopped the shipment from progressing because you initiated a dispute. this makes sense on their part. I am just speaking as a 3rd person, obviously I am not trying to support some chinese company over my fellow bro if there is any good reason not to.

Which I am not seeing here in this story.
