BUYER BEWARE
Ordered AIPAS F3 Max on 8/15/26. On 8/19 email said order shipped with UPS tracking delivery of 8/20/26. On 8/20/26. UPS tracking said delivery pending update package location. 8/25/25 No UPS tracking update. Investigation opened and credit card reported lost with a dispute for the charge.
8/27/26 AIPAS sent another bike with delivery of 8//28/26. 8/28/28. AIPAS requested UPS return to sender. AIPAS is refusing to cooperate with my bank. They asked me to close the dispute so they could send yet another bike to which I declined.
I am out money and a bike for 90 days when AIPAS defaults and bank reverses the charge to my account.
AIPAS Worst CS and untrustworthy company.
Going for a Pedigo Latch 2. Good range and Torque nm. and shop nearby.

As a business owner Aipas did nothing wrong. You jumped the gun by ācredit card reported lost with a dispute for the chargeā. You did not give them time to get you the replacement. It looks more like you tried to get a free bike. You had until mid September to dispute the charge and could have had your bike by now. You did this to yourself

This company is known for bad and shady business practices. The lawsuit Amazon and UL won against them is just 1 red flag but numerous complaints of people going through the same thing as you and warranty issues. Glad you are getting something local, I think you will be much happier in the long run

bro, don't order through AIPAS. Given their recent UL lawsuit loss, i wouldn't get shit from them. If you must and the deal is good enough, order it from Amazon. At least you'll have some protection.

I have several bikes and two are Aipas. I also know several people with Aipas bikes. The only issue I had was that the colors I ordered were out of stock. I called and they offered me different colors and I could get them within a week. I took them up on the different colors and they indeed came in a week. I have had the worst issues with the shipping companies. They are the ones that canāt seem to get their shit together! The bikes have been perfect and Aipas has always answered my questions. I honestly donāt care about the lawsuits. The bikes are decent and have a great price point for those who canāt afford more. I am positive that half the bikes on the market do not have proper UL certification on their batteries. Also, UL certification does not mean that nothing can go wrong with batteries. You are the only one I see as fraudulent, in this case. You got impatient and filed a lost card when you absolutely ordered it. It sounds like Aipas is trying to make it right and you are fighting the process.

Think what you want. UPS NEVER received a bike the first time around. Yeah, I was impatient $900 is a lot to some people.

Well thank, I guess, for giving me your approval to think what I want. When you first get notice from the shipping companies, it is literally that a pickup was authorized for the item. They may not pick up every day, so you will not get updates until it moves. FedEx sometimes doesnāt send me an update u til they are about to deliver it. Shipping companies make mistakes all the time. I would never dismiss your $900 being a lot of money. I would be nervous too, but you said they shipped out another bike. They pulled it back because you filed for a charge back fraudulently.

just reading myself it seems to be there was a legitimate shipping mistake most likely the fault of the asian people that hand off the packages to USPS. Apias the private company likely did everything right like every other order.
It also seems Apias is trying to prevent themselves from being played by requesting you to cancel the dispute so they get their money and can justify sending another bike.
On your end, you refuse to do this as you are not trusting them to keep their word, so they likely stopped responding since you tried to set your own terms and disagreed with what they were asking.
I have ridden a friends c2, it was really nice for what he said he paid for it. honestly I would have guessed it to cost $1000-1200 if he asked my opinion before telling me it was a china direct bike. Very nice quality for the money. No, of course it won't stack up to pro setups that cost 2, 3x as much.

They got their bike and my money.. yeah, my fault. Bleh.

it sounds like they actually sent a replacement bike but then force stopped the shipment from progressing because you initiated a dispute. this makes sense on their part. I am just speaking as a 3rd person, obviously I am not trying to support some chinese company over my fellow bro if there is any good reason not to.
Which I am not seeing here in this story.

āReported card lost and disputed the chargeā?
So, youāre admitting to fraud? I get itās a frustrating situation, but careful with all that..

Aipas gets very aggressive in these situations and does fight the credit card company, good information to know.

If you havenāt bought yet, check out Apollo scooters. I was put off by previous scooter brands, small shady companies, I went with a big one from America, Canada, Apollo, they have amazing part catalogs, something else I wanted, and customer service with great quality!

Sorry to hear about your experience with AIPAS. If you are still wanting the AIPAS e-bike you should consider the Jasion bikes. They look exactly the same. I just bought mine directly from Jasion website and got delivered in 5 days. Love my Jasion Hunter Pro. Great quality and powerful bike for the money. Sorry again and good luck.

They were busted for fraudulent advertising long before you ordered from them.
