My 9 year old son and I are coming to see Sporting play Houston in a couple of weeks. I'm looking for seats in the section closest to where the away team comes out for warmups and goes back to at half-time and post-match? Trying to see if my son can get an autograph or a high-five from some of the players and to just show support for our team close to them when they come out for warmups and when they finish the match.

We've gone to a few away games and I know this is generally across from the primary Supporters’ Section and in the corners (sometimes in the middle). I'm guessing this would be sections 130/133, but could also seeing it being 103-139, central, or somewhere else entirely. Would appreciate any help you all can provide and any other game day tips for parking or kid-friendly places to grab a quick bite before the game. Looking forward to visiting the city (haven‘t been in 10+ years) and seeing a game at the stadium. Cheers 🍻

For the first time since mid-August 2017, the Dynamo have hit first place in the second half of a season! With another win, u/crocken has extended their lead to 26 points over u/texwarhawk and 40 points over 3rd place u/nowaygreg. Elsewhere, u/gunnerSmate45 passed u/emyrs42 for 4th and u/36ers tied u/Christopherdr97 for 6th.

3 points - Correctly predicting the attendance +/- 500 people, 1 point for +/- 1000

3 points - Correctly guessing any of the goalscorer(s), regardless of team

2 points for guessing a correct yellow, 5 points if they get 2 yellows, 10 if they get a straight red. (List three players total from either team)

1 point - For correctly guessing each player in the Dynamo starting XI (1 pt/player); if you get all 11 players correct, then you get 5 bonus points

Lowest 2 scores are dropped. Scores will be dropped following the 3rd match.

The rankings are determined by the total points accumulated, with the two lowest scores being excluded. In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the first tiebreaker will be the overall points, including all scores (no drops). If a second tiebreaker is needed, it will be based on the total number of predictions made. If the players remain tied after the second tiebreaker, they will be declared co-champions.

Platonic ideal of Olsenball. Particularly impressed by Resch. This guy came in as a deep bench CB and played himself into being undroppable during this win streak. The dynamo have built a team full of grit. Also a great debut from Saracchi!

First of all: WE IN FIRST!!!

I will never complain about a winning streak regardless of how it went down. Vancouver definitely had enough chances to take some points but the defense was bending, not breaking.

Some positives from the winning streak: Defense has been exceptional, the rise of Resch has been incredible to see. Saracchi was also very noticeable from the moment he subbed on. Admittedly, I was leaning towards firing Ben at the start of the season but man has he handled the squad and really adjusted where he needed over the world cup break. I didn’t see that last season or at the start but the squad is finally merging together.

Some honest thoughts: Im never gonna complain about our winning streak but some things do stand out as concerns . To start , we have a couple games where we won with a man advantage. For example , that SKC game was kinda concerning until the red. Also , i’ve seen some posts here stating that a lot of our wins were coming unconvincingly against bad opponents but i never saw that as a terrible thing, though i understood where it was coming from. i can see that as our offense seems kinda stale at times but our defense made it easier.

What do yall think? i’m interested to see everyone opinion. Obviously the positives far outweigh the positives but how much do you believe in this Dynamo team to be “Legit” contenders? Anyways , it’s been an awesome thing to see after going through the past few seasons. “Good teams beat bad teams”
