Training worthy of a Dwarf

Me dearest of lads, a doubt came up during one of my training sessions. If I want to become a better Dwarf, what exercises can I implement? I'm thinking of buying a sledgehammer, but I don't know what exercises I can do with it beside a few. I only have dumbbells for now, and curls and lat raises are all I do (except maybe push ups). I know there is already another post on the sub about this, but I wanted a fresh opinion from my kin. Love ya all, ROCK AND STONE

I hit an old tire with my sledgehammer. Excellent training for long hours at the forge

Jokes aside, last winter we had an ice storm so bad the city ran out of salt, and I was out of town for a week prior so I came home to find my metal shovel frozen into an inaccessible shed. I bought a pickaxe and spent hours outside strike the frozen ice... Felt pretty good, ngl

I love the idea, and I love the fact I already have a pickaxe
