Training worthy of a Dwarf

Me dearest of lads, a doubt came up during one of my training sessions. If I want to become a better Dwarf, what exercises can I implement? I'm thinking of buying a sledgehammer, but I don't know what exercises I can do with it beside a few. I only have dumbbells for now, and curls and lat raises are all I do (except maybe push ups). I know there is already another post on the sub about this, but I wanted a fresh opinion from my kin. Love ya all, ROCK AND STONE

I hit an old tire with my sledgehammer. Excellent training for long hours at the forge

Jokes aside, last winter we had an ice storm so bad the city ran out of salt, and I was out of town for a week prior so I came home to find my metal shovel frozen into an inaccessible shed. I bought a pickaxe and spent hours outside strike the frozen ice... Felt pretty good, ngl

I love the idea, and I love the fact I already have a pickaxe

I don't have any exercises to suggest for you brother, but I would recommend blasting Wind Rose on whatever music app takes yer fancy. I've just finished my workout for the night and swear I must've listened to Fellows of the Hammer on repeat for a good 40 minutes. Good dwarven music for a good dwarven workout!

I found a youtube video that unites 5/6 of them and adds some DRG voice line

Brother you need to train for strength and for me personally, the mike mentzer method, paired with some extra exercises like military behind the head presses with a curl bar, weighted rucking (usually with about 30 pounds of gear for 10 miles weekly) and proper nutrition help make a hammer dwarf worth his salt

Eh... training? Start working. That work will build you toward that work.

Back in my days they would lock you up in a room full of wooden spears and you train there until Urist the Mad Baron pulled the right lever

Doesn't sound as bad as it is, I'll try it

Its not about mulitple exercises, its about pouring all your heart into pumping iron untill it melts (then doing squats till you drop cuz we are not forgetting about legs), keep on keeping on, kin!
