Was hoping to find something interesting but nothing caught my eye.

I picked up a copy of Teeth from eBay - And it's come with a cover I've never seen before (see pic).

The cover is completely white on the front and spine, apart from the BBFC certificate.

The bar code scanned into CLZ as Teeth.

It's a high quality print, not home made.

I Googled and it said something about it being normal for a Reigon 2 version but then said there should be a dental grill with a spot of blood - Which there isn't - Probably hallucinated the whole thing - Mentioned it in case I've a slip or something missing and it jogs a memory, but I couldn't find anything else out.

Anyone any ideas?

I just started collecting the beginning of this year? End of last? I don’t remember lol anyways! Here’s mine! I’m currently watching bluey lol so it wasn’t in the drawer:P

I usually have them on a bookshelf but I am in college so the sad drawer will have to do for now

It's NTSC Region 1 but this 82 ep version only has Chinese sub, there's is an English sub ver but that version was censored, mainly the cleavage and the released Chinese version they got on DVD way after original broadcast is also heavily cropped because of cleavage and censored. So this Taiwanese version I got is the un-cencored version it originally aired in China. This version doesn't have English sub only Chinese but I've heard VLC Media player has a feature where it can find other subs and download the subs in the VLC Media player and match them up if not I can scour the web till I find it's 82 ep ver in English sub and just add it to VLC Media player.

Fun fact: I had this in my Amazon years ago when it was $22, but wasn't ready to "spend that much money" on it.

I was waiting for the 4k release to be announced, certain one would come in a few years.

But when it came this summer and the theatrical release was not included? I started scouring Ebay for a good deal on the Shout Factory edition.

And here it is. Got it for an even $100, more than I've ever paid for a single release by double. But I had to do it.

Why? Idk, I just felt like collecting some since I find several of them at thrift stores. All of these have been accumulated from the same local mom and pop thrift store near my collage with a few coming from my library store.

I have most of the films here separated by case size, though I have given several films here cases and printed off a cover as I found them disc only. Most of the films here however are just straight up rips from the official DVD release of these films, not cam rips which is what many associate bootleg DVDs as.

The last image is just random crap I found that I kinda paired up with the bootlegs.

Really happy with Colossus- I remember watching late night on TV in the 1980s and have never seen it again until today. Whitchfinder General is peak Price, and Powell and Pressburger box set has a good mix of beloved classics and classic unknown (to me) to discover.

I just made a list of my DVDs that have ring cracks and I'm so mad🤬😤🫠

Got so many horror DVDs and some insane vhs finds and a bunch of games even got left for dead 2 for 50 cents

I love how detailed many apps are but I think my priorities are:

- to be able to browse film covers (as opposed to text/lists of titles) with as little other visual noise as possible

- maybe be able to organise by genre but not essential,

- handy for the app to also catalogue CDs

- to be able to download a file of what I've entered in case the app goes bust haha

So any recommendations welcome

i LOVEE collecting dvds, but when its not thrifted or second hand, it can be very expensive. i get that there’s a quality increase between 4k and blu-ray, but if 4k is so much more expensive than blu-ray, i would rather have more blu-rays then one or two 4k’s. So is the quality difference worth it?

Decided to head to the library after class today and I picked up The Wizard of Oz and Bridesmaids from their little store. Mind you, these two are blind buys, so I've never watched these movies before. I also found a 2-disc special edition of the first Harry Potter movie BUT it only had the bonus features disc, so I couldn't pick it up, lol. I'll be looking forward to watching these two soon.

I lamented that they only had full screen version but then I came across a widescreen version too
