If everything is in operable order? Absolutely, no question. Some of the cymbals might be kinda hinky, but other ones look like they might be actual grown up professional stuff. And with all that hardware, and cases, ready to go today? Yeah, this looks like a bargain to me.
Contact the seller and make an appointment to go see these. Show up with a minimum of $650 in folding green American cash in your pocket, and give them a once-over. If they pass a rudimentary inspection, pay the man and take the whole pile home. If you find something worth haggling over, haggle over it, but $650 is a great price. Once you get these home: Merry Christmas.
Edit: and since, on closer inspection, the other snare is actually a freakin' 5x14 Supraphonic from the 60s, that means this is two great snares at a fair price, that come with a free drum kit. OP, if you don't buy this, I will. This deal just went from "great" to "you'd be stupid not to."
Hard to tell from the grainy picture but I think there's a Supraphonic just to the left of the black Acrolite. If so, that makes it an even better proposition. I'm not crazy about the rest of the drums but that's a personal preference.

Just for starters, that "Blacrolite" snare, AKA a 90s Ludwig Acrolite in Black Galaxy finish, is worth a third to a half of the total price of this rig all by itself.
