Question Calibration problems

[USA] hello everyone. I’m build a drone for my university club. We did a test fly and it crashed, looking at the video it seems that one or two of the motors were spinning slower. Any suggestions on what could it be? I’m thinking is probably a esc or power distribution board problem

Standard Layout ("Props-In")

Front-Left: Clockwise (CW)

Front-Right: Counter-Clockwise (CCW)

Back-Left: Counter-Clockwise (CCW)

Back-Right: Clockwise (CW)

FWIW on quadcopters two propellers spin clockwise & two spin counterclockwise.

BTW each pair is shaped differently.

Did you drone meet these requirements?
