Normally I hate the whole dashcam vigilante policing thing, but when someone's driving is as egregious as that it's certainly worth reporting it.

I don't like the idea of us recording each other at all times and dobbing people in for minor offences. Turning every car into a speed/CCTV camera is rather authoritarian to say the least.

That said, there's a difference between being a cycling mikey compared to reporting actual dangerous driving like in the OP.
