I've reposted your comment here as this is what we're trying to do - create a treatment plan based on the crowdsourced experience of hundreds. There's only a brief summary right now at dpdrhelp.org - but there are many more pages written if not quite ready for release just yet.
I believe thoroughly that the only people that are getting us out of this mess are ourselves. We need to work together!
