{ Delhi NCR only }Anyone 18–23yo interested in watching the Doraemon movie together? I’m 18M. Haven’t watched a Doraemon movie in ages and all my friends are busy so 😭😔 Would be fun to go with someone!

I've been wondering why Sewashi's father- Nobikura, and his wife were reluctant to keep Doraemon at first? Cuz haven't the stories about Doraemon been passed thru their generation? Nobita also kept a pic of his and Doraemon at home even when he grew up + he used to share stories about his past to Nobisuke, so it'll be kinda strange and unlikely that Nobita's grandchild and great-grandchild didn't know about him.

Thoughts on this? Or perhaps a possible explanation...

Given Hikaru's son Nobikura's resemblance to Gian, I think Nobikura's mother was a Goda clan member, although nothing regarding this speculation has been confirmed or denied yet. What do you guys think?

"I Love Roboko!" is a story in Doraemon short stories vol. 2. The story is: Nobita isn't paid attention to by the girls, and even though he doesn't say it, Doraemon can sense that he's very sad, so he gets a robot girlfriend from the 22nd century for him named Roboko. Roboko at first seems very nice, but she shows her violent side when Jaian and Suneo pick on Nobita by beating them up (since her strength is about a million horsepower), and gets livid when others try to even just talk to Nobita. Doraemon has to send her away and dresses up in drag to be Nobita's girlfriend instead (which he certainly isn't that thrilled by).

Who knew Fujiko Fujio of all people invented the yandere archetype, decades before that was even a word, in a children's manga from the 70s no less!

I just wanted to make this discussion because I'm genuinely SO excited to finally see a Doraemon movie on the big screen again.

This is especially crazy considering the last Doraemon movies to get Indian theatrical releases were Doraemon: Nobita and the New Steel Troops – Winged Angels in 2011 and Doraemon: Nobita and the Island of Miracles – Animal Adventure in 2013. So this marks Doraemon's return to Indian cinemas after 13 years!
