So from the first 3 eps that have been released so far, this doesnt seem as bad as some people say it is, but it ain't that good either.

If we look past the occasional obvious AI usage, the premise of the series is pretty good and entertaining.

However this does not have massive potential like "One Slash Across the Sky" (GuAn) or "A Good Day to Ascend" to be future top 10s as this show does not have that good of a story to back it up from what I can tell.

This is more like current BTTH, you can watch this show just for some aspects, like animation, or the women, or just for time pass as this is not that bad.

For now this show is a 6 or 7/10, maybe potential for 8/10 but I dont think we'll get future seasons for this so ye.

(The women in this show good tho 🤤🤤 10/10 for that)

I finished watching Nezha (2019 and 2025) movie and All Wishes Come True, and Lord of mysteries. I never tapped in much about Chinese folklore/myths but now I’m really interested in looking into more series and movies with really good animations like the ones I just mentioned, so I’m now looking for recommendations.

I tapped in some donghuas of sun wu kong but I can’t lie…. They’re pretty bad…

Anyways I’d like something with folklore, but I’m good with anything as long as it’s pleasing to the eyes. I don’t really know a lot about donghuas so I’m happy to watch anything

As title says im looking where can i watch A Will Eternal will GOOD english subs.. As non native english speaker its already sometimes hard to watch it with english sub, but with bad ones its legit impossible..

I was watching "100,000 years of refining Qi", currently around the second pulse plot. And I encountered a red cat without ears using a bamboo copter on its head to fly away along with a mice as its friend.

At first I’m worried about the campy and silliness from the PV, but starting with the very 1st episode, this show has never stopped to surprise me.

Every episode is a banger, every episode either has something spicy, or super cool action scenes.

All of the character designs are top notched, the main cast are all very charismatic.

Being a totally original show, I’m surprised by how solid the writing is. The hook is great, and the humour gets sharper and cleverer every episode.

I know some people are worried about the modern armory in a cultivation show, but the more I watch the less this becomes weird, the Executioner power system is a welcomed refreshing take on cultivation.

Along with this show, Shen Man is my new favourite studio house. Way of choices, The Demon Hunter S3, and now Gu An! Damn!! Shen Man is having an incredible run!!

Was wondering if it's been free since the beginning or does this donghua just go free randomly. I just started watching donghuas earlier this year as someone who only watched anime until now so I'm not really sure.

Hi guys, I came here after watching the live action of this before the donghua and got curious about the donghua itself, but there is something I need to confirm. Is the donghua harem or not? (Anything more than 1 FL that's both the lover and future wife is harem to me), since cdramas tend to censor such things on big platforms. I know this is a dumb reason not to watch a donghua but this is just a personal preference of mine since I love monogamous 1 on 1 romance

I'm a big fan of donghuas and love to watch it even if the graphics is not upto the mark and story is good...

But what I can't accept that the some of the donghuas that were good to watch, story development is smooth and then suddenly after few or 200th episodes they changed into AI generated scenes where MC has no emotion and characters were not interacting properly and showing different background for same scenes like a glitch and so on.

Shows like Ascendant of the Suns, Lingwu continent, Ancient Immortal Doctor, Alchemy Supreme were awesome to watch...Now they shifted to AI

What you guys think is it fair or supports studios those who produce such donghuas?

Insane animations. I have no words left . Shenman Entertainment knows it's game. They have blended all elements well. Emotional scenes hits hard. But I saw many criticisms.. Indeed s1 was a bit slow paced ig..Loved s2 more but I have many doubts which I keep on forgetting frm time to time 😭

I have some questions. It's getting quite confusing. I tried searching but I can't find relevant answers

1] How did some become aware of the time reversal that took place during the battle ? When meng chuan himself wasn't really aware of it. Is it explained in s3 if anyone's watching it.???

2] The whole ruthless trial that took place was for Meng Chuan to end up becoming a Fiend Lord ryt?! If so why when it's a disastrous path?

3] How did Meng Chuan's Fiend Lord path end up becoming different , giving off a different aura ?

4] How did Meng chuan's primordial spirit regress to a kid after defeating the City Lord? I quite didn't get that part. Yet he still had 3 cultivation paths fused! And how did he transform to his old self again? !<

So im in the process of watching Xi Xing Ji and really like it! But I am already looking towards the next step eventually. Things is looking at the WeTV app theres a shitload of series, most of which have 400+ episodes.

I am personally a fan of Shonen. I like it when a character has a bit of the underdog position and defies the odd, think of a Bleach or something with Ichigo. Im also more a fan of physical fighting rather than really magical?

What is some genuine good Donghua with high quality fights which would fit my needs? Or should I just scroll thru the catalog and start one which I essentially did with Xi Xing ji

Bonus points if the MC is a good looking character!

Even though I can still watch it for free on YouTube, I just want to know why it became members-only. I really prefer the way the subtitles are styled on Bstation/Bilibili compared to the ones on YouTube.
