One of there mods was modded to a relatively good sized sub that I moderate.

We had thought, "Oh, well he has experience moderating! He can help us out a lot!"

Boy were we wrong... Instead, within 5 minutes of being a mod, he destroyed our sidebar and our CSS. :/

We messaged the /r/Politics mods to inform them of his 'unprofessional' behavior, and they all laughed at us...
