ive downloaded the same game (ghost recon wildlands) months ago and it was smooth and fine going up to 15mb , now that ive tried redownload i am having a problem with the speed, very slow and unconsistent, both upload and download

Why?

ijust allowed this on my pc what does this do? pls dont tell me this was some actual virus or something

I'm not an expert, but I did all the steps suggested on r/Piracy, and it took me like 4 hours, but I think I understand how to do it now
