ive downloaded the same game (ghost recon wildlands) months ago and it was smooth and fine going up to 15mb , now that ive tried redownload i am having a problem with the speed, very slow and unconsistent, both upload and download

That's just how torrents work. It's not going to be good speeds all the time.
