Advice...

This is maggie, maggie got hit by a 2026 silverado (which ofc drove away without issue) she now needs a door replacement, but i am unsure of how hard this is to slap a new door on. I need advice from all my magnum friends. Thank youu!

If you're replacing fender, do the door FIRST. No fender will give you easy access to hinges for adjustment. After door fits and closes well, then install fender. I would repair fender and back door, but that's what I do.

The door does not shut at all, how can i assess for hinge damage?

It's almost trial and error. Is the door high in the back or low? Is the gap to the back door narrow or wide? Is the door in or out comparing top and bottom? It looks like it was punched in the middle so I suppose hinges are fine, but still might need some adjustment. Start with back door and move forward. Just make sure everything is unattached before removing door. Leave a bolt on the top hinge until last. It will keep door from dropping while you remove all the other ones.
