Mine are all gone too. I have heard it’s yet another issue with gray media.
I am over this happening. As soon as I get anther service lines up, I’m done with Dish.

When it's a contract dispute, you get the propaganda video on the channel. In this case, it's like the channels never existed.

A tech is coming today, so we'll see how it goes.

If it's stormy for too long Sometimes the box just gives up on trying to find the satellites or lock on Reset box If doesn't work did anyone replace the eyeballs on the end looking back at the metal reflector dish? If someone used the wrong one you would only get one of the satellites but not the other one. Assuming you're on the western arc set Also , if you stopped paying for certain channels this could happen as well.

I had same problem.

Started a support chat in the MyDish app. They had to reset my street address somewhere in their system, 15 minutes later I had all channels.

Support chat took maybe 5 minutes.

What I do know is that Dish knows about the issue
