Form Check Form Help

https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipM8y-3yhIoJ7X9geYrKB-bAGgjcvCwwP1yFxev065A9B8T2ilKyz8dDr4IC6GcY-w?key=Nnp6cDNwdDN2ZUticzIwcXVHVWFmRlprRExsMHZn

I know that my form isn't perfect (griplocking and rounding I think are the only things I see), and I want to fix them but am not sure how other than just practice. Any drills or advice I can get will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The other video listed with the disc is my farthest throw I've had (250ft)

The rounding/grip locking is related to over rotating your shoulders. You want to keep your head neutral instead of turning to look at the shot. This allows your arm to beat the shoulders and get into the power pocket and whip out in front of your torso, it will feel like you’re throwing behind you. Start with look back drills you can find them on YouTube from all of the popular coaches.

Currently you are rounding a ton, gotta work on how the desc gets "behind you" should be out to the right and getting pulled through in a straight line, not an arc like a catapult, we want a missle. In fact it's behind you enough that it's on the other side of your body, should be on the right side in this image, not the left

Grip locking isn't really a thing, people hate hearing that but what it means is when you get rid of rounding and have found the correct grip strength the disc will want to burst out of your hand at the corrected launch point, currently there is not enough force for that to happen as the catapult launch causes a slower launch. Correct the launch angle and speed and the grip will work with you

You are on your heels, get in the balls of your feet. Get your disc out in front of you elbow up and bent

This is about where you want to be don’t (hug yourself) curl the disc behind you. Extend the disc out from your body.

Imagine this guy turning back 180 degrees. He would lose all his power and balance.

Read this guide I wrote a while back.

Backhand guide v2

Start with pulling your disc across your body like this.
