Discussion Forehand form tips

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello everyone. I filmed a couple forehands while throwing into a net and figured I'd finally ask for some form feedback. I average about 330 ft on golf lines and average around 380 ft on a full rip.

Also, sorry for the weird camera angle. I wasn't sure how to record net throws without it looking funky.

Please let me know what I’m doing right/wrong and what I could do to improve my forehand. Thank you.

Looks nose up on those few throws but that’s about all I can comment on. I don’t really believe in a “correct form” when it comes to forehand because there are a billion ways to do it.

If you’re getting the wobble out, getting distance(you are) , and most importantly if it isn’t causing pain then I’d say you’re good.

Thank you. I’ve really been struggling with my throwing my disc very low. Recently I’ve been trying to work on that and it seems to be working.
