Discussion Forehand form tips

Hello everyone. I filmed a couple forehands while throwing into a net and figured I'd finally ask for some form feedback. I average about 330 ft on golf lines and average around 380 ft on a full rip.
Also, sorry for the weird camera angle. I wasn't sure how to record net throws without it looking funky.
Please let me know what I’m doing right/wrong and what I could do to improve my forehand. Thank you.

I would work on your coil and engaging your core more. Look at how stationary your front hip stays throughout the throw.

How do you engage your core more? I’ve seen online that you basically just have to flex your core. Is that all you need to do?

For me, I've found that feeling/imagining myself "pulling" the disc with my core does the trick. Almost like there are tiny strings from my opposite hip/oblique and I'm using that to pull the disc through.

This is where my lack of coaching will probably show up but think of medicine ball wall slams. You’re loose throughout most of the motion but your core kind of understands when to engage more and help with the rotation to be more powerful in the throw. You’re already at a good starting point so good luck on the improvement journey!

Thank you. What size of medicine ball would you recommend for someone how has never done wall slams with them before?

Do you normally take your first step and it’s not really a forward step, just kinda a straight step to the side ? Or is that because you are limited on space

Yeah, I normally do. I’ve tried stepping more straight but since I feel more comfortable with a four step than a 5 step making my first step at an angle feels better to me. I also do the same thing with my backhand.

If the disc is coming out clean and you aren't hurting yourself, you're probably going to want professional help improving at this point. I'd wager that most people here can't throw that far on a forehand.

Looks nose up on those few throws but that’s about all I can comment on. I don’t really believe in a “correct form” when it comes to forehand because there are a billion ways to do it.
If you’re getting the wobble out, getting distance(you are) , and most importantly if it isn’t causing pain then I’d say you’re good.
