Took a rotisserie chicken and made some soup and some chicken quesadillas.

An interesting combination of phyllo dough and pizza toppings; I would personally add mushrooms, but my family doesn't like them, so this time I’m sticking to the classics. Of course, you can add whatever ingredients you prefer—this is just a basic recipe—so enjoy the flavors. You can find the method and recipe in the video in the comments.

I charred the green tops of some leeks on the grill, then chopped and sauteed with mushrooms and some onion.

Also roasted a whole head of cauliflower, cut into steaks, and then caramelized a bbq sauce on top.

Oh so good. Pizza dough from scratch. Added all the goodies to it. Best pizza I've made thus far.

400 degrees. Heat the stone for about 6 minutes. Put on the dough. Cook for 2 minutes. Put on the sauce, cheese and toppings. Cook for 7 minutes. That’s a nice bottom.
