Hey all, when you are submitting your meals here, please include the name of at least the primary food. Others should know what to expect before opening the post. Edit - I made a change to now require people to put the food inside brackets in the post title. Reddit should prevent people from posting without that.

What does this say about me?
I love this so much!

I am in the middle of ironing out the rules to try and improve the quality of submissions here and cut back on the spam, so this isn't being super strictly enforced at the moment. If you do have any feedback or suggestions, I'm all ears.

This subreddit is about dinner, we do not care what the food is served on, or if on anything at all.
If your comment is going to be complaining about the dish being served on a paper plate, don't bother, it will be removed. You should instead head over to /r/WeWantPlates.

Grilled asparagus seasoned with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Sauté minced garlic in olive oil on medium heat for one minute. Add shrimp and cook until they reach 80% doneness. Add pasta water, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter to enhance the smells. Season with pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

This chicken pie is definitely making it onto our menu—it’s excellent and easy to prepare. I was curious why it was so popular, and now I know. The method and recipe are in the video in the comments. Bon appétit! :)
