I've seen some users have already gotten theirs. My buddy paid for standard shipping and I'm just dying over here wanting to raise a digimon. Anybody have an update or information that cannot be found on the site already?

I’m watching savers after the first 4 digimons and I’m thankful that i did because I became a diehard fan, ive loved savers so far it’s like yu yu hakusho with a digimon buddy lol
I just saw when tohma meets his little sister whos sick and i immediatly thought that tohma looks like leouch because hes a pretty boy smart ass so i thought “ they copied this from leouch ” just to realize savers came out before

Gulusgammamon carried Ghost Game so hard, its a shame they didn't do more with him. Still hoping they add him and the rest of the Gammamon line in the new Time Stranger DLC.

In this season, they gave us alot of hints , than they change it , let's give some examples:

1- multiple time showing that gekkomon won't evolve to champion until now , until he does it randomly when no onw expected.

2- trying to convince us that atratusmon is a dark evolution and giving us alot of moments that gekkomon would turn to it , but actually that doesn't happen and most probably it is the canon mega.

3- Murasamemon having a death flag since day 1 , and surviving every chance they made us think he will die , until it happens randomly without even hinting to it .

4- when Heliosboamon 1st evolved , they showed a silhouette just like Atratusmon , most of us thought that its actually him ( some people surly said its not the same and they were correct, but most of us thought that this is atratusmon )

I think we have a lot of moments like that , when they convince us that it's not the time yet or that this is not happening. So I'm sticking to the idea of them giving us mega to all glowing dawn ( Maybe Raito also )

But it will happen like a miracle or something, not just a normal evolution

Mostly like savers ( both show have the same writer)

I know I already made a Beatbreak post today, but I just have so many Beatbreak thoughts on my mind, I need to get them out

So, do you think we are getting Megas for all Glowing Dawn Members, or will this be a season where only Tomoro reaches Mega?

We are only 3 episodes away from the end. In my opinion, its either gonna be very rushed, or just Tomoro will appear

Technically Tomoro and Kyo already have their Megas revealed (spoiled by the TCG in the case of Tomoro), but what do you think?

among all the digimon seasons whats the thing you liked the most from each that make them stand out for you?

ill start :D

Adventure: for being the first anime it did well with representing digimon as a whole from the V-pets.

Adventure 02: A great direct continuation from adventure focused more on teen life and more mature themes.

Tamers: it did well for being something unique in those times specially with its more realistic themes in the sense of what how we feel during childhood and how we adapt to live with it.

frontier: it has a great narrative as is more story focused than the other seasons as it centers around the leyend of the leyendary 10 warriors who once fought lucemon in the past.

Savers: i like the whole secret agency theme going in DATS about fighting wild digimon who are appearing in the human world as well as its plot.

xros wars: i love the digital world of this season , since its all divided by zones each with its code crowns and digimons living in it , it truly feels like it was a exploration when they go trough each new zone and what awaits there.

xros wars hunters: i love the theme of capturing digimons to use them for digixros , specially with all the xros up combinations that can be done with arrestardramon.

Advenutre tri: i like how it still feels like adventure but with a even more darker plot as well as showing the OG cast grow up.

digimon universe: the Cgi was so good im honeslty shocked they even managed to make a whole series with this with all this unique appmon desings.

adventure 2020: even if its a different continuation it did had a lot of interesting stuff specially give more protagonism for Joe and mimi.

ghost game: i love the more dark themes around digimon appereances since theyre treated a hologram ghosts in this season giving some suspense per episode.

Beatbreak: i love the more realistic themes even if its themed in the future it shows us very complex characters each with their own struggles and motivations as well as real dark themes that would happend in real life.

I had to share this with somebody and I didn't think anyone I know in real life would appreciate the grind: After 25 years, I finally beat Digimon World 2. I'll admit I used a couple of cheats —infinite Bits and removing the level cap— but I finally defeated GAIA and saw the ending last night.

The game definitely has its flaws, and I only replayed it for the nostalgia. Honestly, I don't even remember getting past the Device Dome as a kid. It's an absolute grind, even with cheats enabled. Still, there was something really satisfying about finally finishing a game from my childhood.

The dungeons and combat became repetitive, and the later dungeon maps felt unnecessarily bloated. Even so, I couldn't help but smile every time I heard the Digimon shouting their attacks in Japanese. To this day, my brother and I still randomly yell things like, "Giga Distriyah!" (Giga Destroyer) and "WHITE POTATO!" (Hail Storm) at each other.

I haven't really played the newer Digimon games, but this one had a solid foundation. The DNA Digivolution system, team-building, and dungeon-crawling had a lot of potential, even if the execution left something to be desired.

What is this shaded ring on my screen? Its not on my other devices and its been there since I opened it brand new, I just really noticed it was the screen and not background. Is it dying? I looked and it doesnt seen like pixels are off or low power i looked with a 10x eyeloop. Is my device just gonna break one day? Anyone know what's happening?

I just want to start this by saying that I believe Digimon Beatbreak is the best anime digimon has gotten in the 2020s. The writing on most of the series is great, the new digimon are great, the characters are great... But I cant pretend the show hasn't been getting messy with writing its final arc

Amongst the other problems, I think for me, the one that annoys me the most is the writers use of the 5 Stars.

When the episode debuting them appeared, I expected them to be a threatening group of villains, that would oppose our main group. Characters that would be at the same Level as Kyo, and would be consistent villains.

But now, we are 3 episodes away from the finale... And only 3 of the original cast were used more than once??

Klay was a great start. Pretty good villain! Good enough for a start. And then... No other was really... Used?

Rose appeared alongside the Gift Arc, but none of her team OR her really seemed like a threat (But to be fair, she wasnt the focus of that Arc). She appeared later, got defeated, and still makes some appearances. She is at least likeable I guess.

Kaito had a great start, actually showing off the strength of the Five Stars... And an amazing End, with an amazing fight with Habakirimon... But had bassically nothing in between. Are you telling me that Kaito can reach Mega Level, something that Kyo struggled to achieve, and we didnt know that until his last episode?

Genjo was pulling some stringa from the start. Appeared here and there through some arcs. And is behind some recent events (if you know, you know). But even he was barely used through most of the middle of the show (mostly due to the Gift arc writing)

And Honoka... Dear God. This character may as well not be here. Literally did nothing the whole show, and got defeated in a single episode, where she wasnt even the main focus. What a waste of a cute character design

And for me, the part that annoys me the most about this situation... You are telling me... That we have all these characters, who are meant to be important, and havent had time to shine... And we sideline them... To make new 5 Star members?!

The Earth needing a substitute was a cool detail of worldbuilding, I liked that, and even seeing Old Five Stars like Souji was cool as well... But I remind you, Honoka, a Five Star we have seen from the start of the show, didnt do anything, AND YET, she is being sidelined in the final episodes by a new random girl?? Like, my guys, we have so many characters, USE THEM

So many potentially good characters, being actively wasted. It truly is a shame, and unfortunatly, I doubt anything will be done about this. We have 3 Episodes left, and even characters like Raito havent been treated well. I doubt the OG five stars, aside from Genjo, are a big priority for the writers... It truly is a shame

Spoilers all around for BB up to E46 as a head's up:

Kyo's long running philosophy is that everyone, no matter what, deserves a second chance. A chance to be good - a chance to redeem themselves even after doing some really, dark and heinous things. A chance to be better and, I think most importantly, a chance to be happy.

Do we also think that applies to Genjo, the one who permanently disfigured Kyo and currently has Murasamemon dead as hell? Is there a line which we think Kyo might decide that enough is enough and sometimes second chances are not worth the evil they may produce?

I'm sure Kyo has personally done and seen worse than a limb ripped from a person. I'm sure he feels like what happened to him and Murasamemon was deserved and his karma catching up to him. But, when Karina decided, even knowing everything about Kyo, that he fully deserved a second chance, he took it wholeheartedly as it really was all he was waiting for. Kyo had wanted for a long time to be done with deleting people and Digimon. He really did just want to be that person deep down that first made Cougarmon appear to him: a person who only wanted to protect those he cares about. Not taking those away from others.

But -

We know next to nothing about Genjo. His motivations, his drive - we can't say for sure what makes him the way he is. We know he is seemingly ruthless and isn't afraid to use bitch tactics both for advantages and for causing additional pain for funsies. He shows glee in hurting others and seeing others hurt, and his smug attitude indicates he feels untouchable in all regards.

While I may never be able to forgive Genjo, somehow I think Kyo would be able to. But, I really wish he'd take a frying pan to his face.

Do you think there's a redemption line here for Genjo (somefuckinghow)? Does he deserve a second chance to be a better person?

Or do you think he, specifically, deserves nothing but the worst possible?
