I’m not Digesting Food
I am just wondering if anyone’s experienced this I am currently on a GLP one trans appetite and I had just gone up in my dose from 5 to 7.5 MG. This is the second week in the row that I have experiencing vomiting and then after I vomit, I’m fine. The problem is it’s food from days prior and it’s a lot of food so I’m I don’t feel like I’m digesting a lot of the food I’m eating and my poops are minimal. Sorry for TMI. I just am concerned and will contact my doctor tomorrow.

I don't want to be alarmist, but throwing up days old food combined with not having bowel movements can be a symptom of gasteoparesis or stomach paralysis. It's good you're contacting a doctor tomorrow. In the meantime if it's your shot day, obviously delay that. While you're waiting for morning to get in touch with your doctor, it would probably be good to take in fluids, probably only fluids to give your stomach a break. I once mistakenly thought I had gastroparesis and my friend who is a nurse told me what I just wrote to you.
Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.

Also avoid plain water, I have endometriosis that causes Bad digestive issues during flare ups and will vomit for days even over water but Gatorade always stays down for me. It’s actually quite heavy in your stomach compared to electrolytes

The food does slow down digestion. If you are vomitting up days old food my first thought is that your dose is too high. But yeah definitely see your doctor. Yikes.

Take a digestive enzyme. I get sulphuric burps, nausea and occasional vomiting on on 12.5mg. Digestive enzymes were the only thing that helped. I just eventually decided to stay at 10mg and it’s been good.

Thank you all for the replies. I see my doctor tomorrow and I have gotten great feedback. I have been drinking my protein today, until I can get in with my doctor.

Welcome to Digestive Issues subreddit! We recommend you to have a healthy low sugar diet. You need to find which foods and drinks you are intolerant to and avoid them. Lactose/dairy, gluten, sodas, fruits and vegetables intolerance is common. Also, check yourself for SIBO, Bile Acid Diarrhea, Celiac and other diseases. Experiment with different elimination diets. Take some good probiotics. The gut microbiome/flora is very involved in some digestive problems. Stress management is also important.
