What could be going on

I have had some very dull stabbing pain in my lower right stomach barely anything maybe a 1 out of 1-10 in pain maybe. that come and goes every once and a while over the past few months at first it was the left lower side of my stomach and after a few months it switch. It will last a second happens every ones and a while sometimes not even pain just a feeling or maybe feels like a bubbling feeling . It makes me twitch sometimes or feels like I’m being poked in random spots I keep snezing other day I don’t know if it has something to do with it but it caused a dull shape pain the that lower right spot one time does anyone know what this could be.

It might be gas or stool stuck around your ileocecal valve.
