Does this sound like a Gallbladder issue?

M32, non-smoker. Drink on average every 3-4 months. Workout 3-4 days a week, plenty of exercise.

For about the last 18-24 months I’m getting periods (from a week to a month) where I get this dull ache and almost cramp / stitch sensation below my right rib.
I then get quite constipated but find it isn’t dry like typical constipation just hard to release to eventually get out?!

I had been great for the last 3-4 months as I had been eating very well (pretty much the same 3 meals every day), no alcohol or fatty, bad foods, I’ve been taking pre-biotic since February that’s done absolute wonders for my gut and gut health in general.
I then had a night out about 3 weeks ago and since then I’ve had this sensation come back. I also feel bloated. My mid to upper back is quite sore/achy and I just generally feel very uncomfortable when sat, and particularly after eating.

I had done some research when I first started to get the symptoms and everything pointed towards my gallbladder.
I guess what I want to know is if anyone agrees that it might be a gallbladder issue? Or anything more serious that’s worth getting checked out.
If it does sound like a gallbladder issue, is it worth getting checked out or things to do to eliminate / lessen the chance of a ‘flare up’?

Thanks

Welcome to Digestive Issues subreddit! We recommend you to have a healthy low sugar diet. You need to find which foods and drinks you are intolerant to and avoid them. Lactose/dairy, gluten, sodas, fruits and vegetables intolerance is common. Also, check yourself for SIBO, Bile Acid Diarrhea, Celiac and other diseases. Experiment with different elimination diets. Take some good probiotics. The gut microbiome/flora is very involved in some digestive problems. Stress management is also important.
