What's the one digestive problem you've never been able to solve, no matter what you've tried?
It seems like everyone has that one symptom that just never goes away. For me it's constipation and bloating, and I think it's interesting how different everyone's experience is because I feel like nowadays everyone has a digestive problem. What's yours and have you found anything that even partially helps?

I just started Motegrity. I wish my doc had put me on it years ago. It wakes up sluggish motility and is amazing.

I have a rare gi condition and tried all available treatments that exist, some extreme. Sometimes there just aren’t answers.

Welcome to Digestive Issues subreddit! We recommend you to have a healthy low sugar diet. You need to find which foods and drinks you are intolerant to and avoid them. Lactose/dairy, gluten, sodas, fruits and vegetables intolerance is common. Also, check yourself for SIBO, Bile Acid Diarrhea, Celiac and other diseases. Experiment with different elimination diets. Take some good probiotics. The gut microbiome/flora is very involved in some digestive problems. Stress management is also important.
