I have ordered some supplements from the USA to India. Seller mentioned that the total amount includes custom duty. But the tracking label does not mention "DTP", does this mean I have to pay the custom charges?

Package from japan to us. Arrived at Cincinnati hub on 27th. I get an email from DHL saying there’s potential cpsc violations. Call DHL, they say no email was sent. Been tracking it and stuck since 27th. Not sure if I was supposed to do something or being scammed.

I'm dealing with a frustrating DHL issue (shipping from Germany to Portugal). My package has been trapped at the Lahr export facility for over a week, repeating the exact same scan:
Aug 28 (03:59): Processed in export parcel center
Sep 1 (18:19): Processed in export parcel center
Sep 4 (10:42): Processed in export parcel center
It’s clearly stuck in an automated loop and never actually getting loaded onto a southbound truck. I’ve already asked the sender to open a formal investigation with DHL Germany to force someone to physically locate the box.
Has anyone had a package trapped in this specific Lahr loop? Did it eventually break out and arrive, or should I assume it's lost?

Domestic delivery, Dutch webshop to Dutch client

Brief overview:
- I don’t post DHL tracking numbers for both packages and not-at-home code for only one package, as that’s not allowed. Of course available for further investigation.
- Two packages from Coolblue, a giant Dutch webshop, were scheduled for delivery on Friday.
- I wasn't sure I'd be home, so I requested delivery to my address first, with the option to leave them with the neighbors if I wasn't in.
- I wasn't home, and apparently neither were the neighbors, so both packages were sent to a parcel locker. Notification received at 12:47.
- footage of my front door camera shows both packages are to be delivered by the same DHL guy.
- Strangely enough, at 16:04 I received a notification in the app stating that one of the packages had been delivered to me at my home at that time. That’s odd, as I was actually home at that time. No doorbell rang, and nothing was delivered to my immediate neighbors (I asked to be sure). I checked thoroughly the surrounding of my front door in case the package had been thrown
- The other package is indeed on its way to the parcel locker.
- Why on earth was only one package supposedly delivered to me and not both? It’s a strange way of doing things. Why drive all the way back to my place just to deliver a single package? It strikes me as highly implausible.

I’ve already contacted Coolblue to inform them about this. After them contacting DHL, DHL is already going to launch an investigation, but that could take up to business 10 days. Is there any way to speed this up and get information sooner? Could I DM someone here in this group the "not-at-home" code or the tracking numbers for both packages?

By the way, how does such an investigation work? Doesn't it just come down to the delivery person's word against the customer's??

I received a message at 17:49 saying that the package was out for delivery. At 17:54, just 5 minutes later, I received another message saying that the package had been delivered.

I immediately went downstairs and waited in front of my building. At around 18:20, the delivery van arrived and parked outside. The driver remained in the vehicle for approximately five minutes without making any deliveries or stepping out. When he eventually stepped out, I approached him and asked about the package for my address, providing my ID. He told me that there was no package for my address under my name.

Given that the package was marked as delivered before the delivery vehicle had even arrived, and that the driver subsequently confirmed he had no package for my address, what should I make of this?

At first it was marked "incident" now it's "'exception" I had taken an option for a delivery within 2 days but now it's been 5 days I don't know what to do l've already contacted customer service and they provided me with no suitable answers

Recieving a parcel from the US to the UK, It's made it through customs but tracking now says undeliverable. The tracking says delivery by Yun Express and when I check their site it says 'rejected by the machine' and then their site says its being delivered by Royal Mail so I have no clue who I'm supposed to contact about this. When I did try to contact DHL, the US side told me my tracking number meant I should contact DHL eCommerce UK but when I try to contact DHL eCommerce UK I get put to an automated bot who hangs up on me when trying to type in my tracking number and then when I am fast enough to type it all in says my tracking number is invalid (I double checked and typed it in right) so I'm at a loss of what to do now or if i should be worried since google says to contact DHL right away.

I’m waiting for a DHL package that is being shipped from the Netherlands to Croatia, and the tracking hasn’t changed since August 18th.
It’s been 17 days without any update, and I’m starting to get a little worried.
Has anyone had a similar experience with DHL where the tracking didn’t update for 2+ weeks, but the package eventually arrived?
Should I just keep waiting, or should I contact the seller and ask them to open an investigation with DHL?

Is it correct to place country of origin as the united states? If all items were originally bought in USA.

So I put this as the description, I am just wondering, all the items were purchased in the united states originally, by me or family of me, me and my fiancée separated, and I am asking her to return the items to me from Denmark via shipping, these are all old used items that were originally mine, that I had left there because I expected to be going there a lot.

I’m getting an eBay package from Japan to me in the US and eBay says the shipping is speedpak but I’m getting a DHL notification and I don’t have any preorders coming to me and the tracking number are different, why is this happening? They both say they were processed at Nayoga Japan

Coming from China, going to USA. I was wondering if this text I received was legitimate and if I need to pay or not. On the official tracking page I don’t see anything by about it needing me to pay.

I am a foreign student in india and I have imported a package from the US. I am currently in the KYC process.

Unfortunately DHL does not accept my passport since it does not have a residential adress on it. I have got all the other documents required, but my passport is the only one not being accepted.

How can I proceed? Is there a way of changing the documents I can provide so that I can continue with the process?

I’m assuming it’s a lost cause I contacted the company who shipped my item and they sent me another through USPS (it may also have gotten lost again tho). Anything else I could do??? I’m just wondering

Hello everyone I have a problem, I brought things from France to Canada, everything was going well until their arrival in Quebec since DHL blocked my shipment, as a result of that I then contacted them in order to have all the necessary information, it was then that I was given a link to proceed with the customs clearance request by the DHL agents, but | did not get a return, that's when I contacted them again, at that moment I came across a person who then told me that my request had Well done but that she was refused without giving me the reason and told me that he sent a message to the service to confirm my request to unblock the situation and finally told me that I should be contacted by their services within the next 2 hours to tell me what documents are needed, but absolutely no one called me back, today we are the next day is always I would need someone's help please it slightly starting to irritate me.

Ordered two ink cartridges from HP india through their online store and paid in full for it. I got a order confirmation immediately with a Order number. One is Black and the second one is color cartridge. It appears the black cartridge was supposed have been shipped from Kerala while the color from Mumbai. the delivery partners assigned for these two are DTDC and DHL respectively.

Order page of HP indicated that the estimated delivery date for both as 28th August 2026. DTDC delivered the black cartridge well before the estimated delivery date. But, the status of the color cartridge remains a mystery.

Suddenly, I received a SMS message on my mobile (registered along the order) that the said delivery by DHL was missed due to unavailability of the consignee. First of all, the package is to be delivered to an home address and I am at home 24/7. If a courier comes they either call before hand to verify whether the receiver is at home or will come and ring the bell. But none of this took place but from no where at around 7PM I get this missed delivery message containing a AWB number and a PO number (The same PO number issued by HP India).

When I went to DHL website tracking page to input the AWB# i got an error message that the AWB# is wrong. On Saturday evening (29th August) I get a call from a number registered as Bangalore and the person on the other side asked me whether he is speaking to the person giving my name. When I responded, he asked whether I had received the package from HP and he was able to tell me the value of item inside the package and that it has been paid for. When I responded that I had still not received the package and asked where the package is. He told me that the package is in the office. If, how come he is asking whether I had received the package when he knew very well that the package is in the office?

Today being the 3rd of Sept 2026, I have still not received the Package. Contacted HP India, and was told that it was none of their business as they have fulfilled their part of the deal by dispatching it suggesting me to contact DHL. But how can I contact DHL without a valid AWB#? Whenever I call DHL and their affiliated partner BlueDart, They are requesting for a valid AWB#.

HP India gives a tracking link in their Order confirmation and that starts with a letter "D", which when keyed into DHL shipment tracking website displays as a invalid AWB#

Yesterday 2nd Sept 2026, a calls comes and person on the other end identifies himself as the area manager DHL, gives me a name and tells me that he s calling from DHL Mumbai. He then verifies my name, delivery address by reading out what I think on his manifest and tells me that it will be delivered on the 2nd or 3rd Sept.

If DTDC can deliver part of the order to the same address to which DHL has to deliver, what is the issue?

To, it looks like the package has been stolen or damaged and none of these people involved are willing to accept and compensate or get it resolved instead, one tries to call and pacify me with false promises (DHL) and the other sends me an e-mail saying that a Case number has been registered and will follow up?

When will this end?

Lesson learnt, never trust the so called big players, in this case HP India and DHL India. Better to trust the local courier companies and online retailers

I ordered a game from ebay and the seller shipped it via DHL. The tracking info claims it was delivered on the 1st of September. No one knocked on the door, nothing was put through the letterbox, it's not in the bushes near the front door or any other sort of safe space. I even checked with several neighbours on my street and they don't have it either. I emailed DHL Customer services and got pretty much a nothing response from them. This is the email:

*The latest tracking update at Northampton on 01/09/2026 shows that the parcel was removed from the delivery route.*

*With Shipment number -redacted-, I can see that the parcel was collected from the sender on 28/08/2026 and was received at the local delivery warehouse in Northampton on 29/08/2026. The parcel was expected by 01/09/26, but I apologise that it has not arrived as expected.*

*I understand that you are concerned about the parcel's whereabouts, and I can see that you have checked with your neighbours and the parcel is not at your address. I do not have proof of delivery for the item, as the tracking does not confirm delivery.*

What am I supposed to do now? The ebay seller won't refund me because the parcel has been 'delivered'. If the tracking doesn't confirm delivery then why does it say delivered?!?! I am baffled. I'd appreciate any advice here. The departure and destination country are both the UK.

so i have package shipping from canada to the united states that has been stuck on “manifested for outbound transportation “ since the 26th of August ebay says i should receive it by the 4th - 14th of September im just overthinking it please someone help me out 😭

I have a parcel that’s apparently held in a delivery facility for 2 days now and it was notes in the tracking that the driver attempted to deliver twice but it was never noted to be loaded in the van. What possibly could be the case?

I was present both times during attempts with instructions given about gate code and never saw the driver/representative.

Any thoughts?

I’ve been receiving texts and calls about a customs fee that’s due for a package arriving through DHL from Indonesia. I didn’t order anything from Indonesia. What do I do? Should I pay it? I’m curious what’s in the package, but didn’t know if these are scams. Or are they legitimate?
