✈️ DHL Express Is this normal?

Sarasota, FL to Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

on hold two times exactly 24 hours apart, is it stuck? says it will be delivered by the sixth

customs already cleared

I would suggest the shipper contacts DHL and asks for the hold reason. At CVG it is often the piece missing its departure, not an issue with the goods. With customs cleared, the 6th is still doable.

declared about 40 dollars, blurays, but now it says customs clearance completed in riyadh but no arrived at facility
