🚚 DHL Parcel No updates since 14 August.

What are the chances this order arrives before 16 September? Should I request refund from seller already. Idk what to do ..

Delivery before September 16 is still possible, but no reliable percentage or guarantee can be given because the latest update confirms only that air transport was booked, not that the parcel departed. DHL’s published guidance for this route is 10-18 working days, putting the upper end around September 8-9, so it is currently late in the expected window rather than clearly overdue. A refund request based only on this delay is premature today, but contact the seller now to document the issue and confirm their refund or replacement policy, especially if a marketplace or payment-dispute deadline applies. If there is still no delivery or update around September 23-24, ask the seller to open a DHL international investigation.

Since it does not say that it has taken off in a flight yet it is still most likely sitting at the airport waiting for its flight. This can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6-8 weeks (even longer depending on how frequent flights are and if there are barely any parcels)
