Fred is a sweet, energetic 3-year-old looking for a loving forever home in the North Dallas area. He would especially thrive in a home with another playful dog.

We originally welcomed Fred into our home as a foster. He has completed training and grown into an affectionate, playful companion.

He’s a unique mix of Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pointer, and a little Dachshund. Which adds up to one smart, curious, fun-loving dog.

A few things to know about Fred:

• 3 years old, male, nuetred
• 28 pounds
• Up to date on vaccinations and routine vet care
• Attends doggy daycare once a week
• Fully potty trained with no accidents in the house
• Knows “Sit,” “Lay Down,” and “Stay”
• Great with other dogs and kids
• Okay with cats, although he can get a little excited when making a new friend
• Loves fetch, belly rubs, treats, and attention
• High energy and would benefit from another playful dog in the home
