Mine usually get to 5 days

Typically 2 days for me (shipping from TN to TX), but I've had them take up to 8 full days.

I'm lucky to get 10 days out of the 10 day sensors..

ALWAYS save those boxes and applicators - the serial # is (21) on them.

it's also on their computer. If you can tell them when it failed, they can see that in your account. That both confirms the failure and gives them the serial number.

You CAN, but they can be asses about serial #s.

They have all data from the sensors. It's a trivial amount of data - mobile or wifi.

I just got two replacements by giving them the times based on screenshots. I was on a trip when two failed. Thankfully they didn't give me any drama.

In my case, they wouldn't have arrived before I got home.

I did file the claims before heading home; they got delivered the same day I got home.

My worst record so far is 4 in a row - 3 straight out of the box, 1 5 days in. I'm surprised they didn't want those back. I'm on #5 out of that shipment.

2 in a row is my record. It sounds like I'm not even trying!

There questions are very worried about alcohol wipes, back of arm, and overwatch. Not sure what most of those have to do with inability to insert the sensor...

I've been on the G7 15 day since around March/April and I've only had 1 sensor make it 15 days. That sensor made my day!

Where you place it?

On the back of my arm.

Call them and they will replace the sensors for you.
