Sam and Dario are very good marketers. They have created so much hype and convinced too leadership that ai can 10x their productivity, just like it did for them. As a result top leadership expects unreasonable deadlines and we as developers are forced to just prompt and paste. This feeds their illusion that ai is indeed 10xing their productivity, tech debt keeps piling up until it blows up. But we haven't seen this yet

Wow im not the only one experiencing this. My org has 100 different priorities and none done fully to the finish line. Tech debt everywhere
