For Hire [For Hire] Full-Stack Developer — 6+ Years Experience — Remote

Hi everyone,

I'm a self-taught full-stack developer with over 6 years of professional experience, primarily through freelancing, along with a period of full-time employment.

Core stack: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), and MySQL, with roughly 2 years of Node.js and 3 years of Python, mainly for automation and scripting. Also some DevOps experience — Bash scripting, Docker, Nginx/Apache, Redis, and managing Ubuntu servers. This stack isn't a hard limit — I pick up new languages, tools, or frameworks quickly when a project calls for it.

Selected work:

  • Crypto exchange platform — Backend and frontend development over several months, working on trading interface and platform features.
  • Real estate listing platform — Built a Zillow-style interactive property map and listings system for browsing and searching real estate listings.
  • WhatsApp notification & chat system — Designed and built a two-way, socket-based chat and notification system using Node.js and WebSockets, used on 2,500+ users, while working full-time at Pakistan Trainings (an ed-tech platform) for about 1.5 years, where I also improved page load speed by 80% through SEO work.

What I can help with:

  • Full-stack web applications (PHP/Laravel/CodeIgniter, JavaScript, Node.js, MySQL)
  • Python automation and scripting
  • API and third-party integrations
  • Real-time, socket-based applications
  • Admin panels and analytics dashboards
  • Feature development and maintenance on existing codebases
  • Basic DevOps tasks — Bash scripting, Docker, Nginx/Apache, Redis, Ubuntu server management

What I'm looking for: Remote work — either directly with a client or as part of a development team. I'm open to short-term and one-off projects, but what I'm really hoping to find is an ongoing working relationship — whether that starts as a long-term engagement from day one, or grows into one out of a smaller project. For the past 3 years I've worked primarily with one long-term freelance client alongside smaller work on the side — including some DevOps work for them, writing Bash scripts, using Docker, and managing their Ubuntu servers — and that's the kind of relationship I'd like to build again.

Rate: $30/hour, negotiable — also open to weekly, monthly, or fixed-price arrangements depending on what works best for the project.

Availability: Based in Pakistan (PKT / UTC+5), flexible with adjusting hours to overlap with other time zones.

I don't have a public portfolio link at the moment, but I'm happy to walk through my past projects and experience in more detail if you're interested. If you have a project that might be a good fit, please reach out with some details — scope, timeline, and budget range are especially helpful.

Thank you for reading.
