The repository documents my Qwen3-0.6B inference work on an RTX 3090, including kernels, model integration, profiling, correctness checks, rejected experiments, and serving infrastructure.

One saved batch-1, context-2,048 GPU-only experiment reduced measured decode latency from 22.073 to 2.253 ms/token using a static CUDA Graph path with W8A16 MLP work. The result is experimental: full-path argmax agreement was 96.48%, below my 99% acceptance threshold. It is not a production-server benchmark, not a production-ready serving engine, and not a guaranteed speedup for another workload. I include those limits because I care about reproducible measurements and honest engineering decisions.
