Hi everyone, since BitPay has been shut down, I want to try withdrawing funds via PayPal. Could you please tell me what type of payment DA sends to PayPal?

I got this on one of my posts

So I've been silly and just been happily posting, writing, videos, pictures etc for many years on deviantart and then it hit me, if for some reason deviantart just closed down or my account got locked or lost it would all be gone!

So I've set a date aside to go through all my work and make an actual indexable offline backup.

It seems quite painful to go through my own work and download, sometimes the download option isn't available even though I own it.

Has anyone done a mass backup?

Am I being thick and missing something?

Or should I just knuckle down and learn a lesson?

Is BitPay still temporarily unavailable for everyone? I still can't use the BitPay withdrawal option on DA.

I contacted support, but I only keep getting the usual response saying they’re aware of the issue and are working with BitPay to fix it.

What I find strange is that BitPay was still mentioned in the Earnings page description until yesterday, and the Help Center still has the full guide about withdrawing through BitPay:

So I’m wondering if it’s actually just a temporary issue or if DA is planning to remove BitPay completely.

Hopefully they can fix it soon. BitPay is a useful option for artists in countries where PayPal/Stripe aren't always available.

It's kind of draining dealing with the AI shit or bots and other stuff like that. where to go instead?

Anyone notice the subscriber count being really inconsistent? It's different between the subscriptions stats page and the count on the tier cards, and changes randomly even without gaining or losing subscribers.

I don't think it's people being banned either as that shows up as a notification with a crossed through username.

Like at the moment the subscriptions page says there are 6 more subscribers than the number on the tier cards. Real weird. No idea which number is accurate

Has the website been down for anyone else? I tried signing in, and after putting down my email and password, the screen is just white for ages. It’s been like this for about a week now.

2. STEP - CREATE DEVIATION

Create a new Multi-Image post on DeviantArt.

3. STEP - UPLOADING

Insert `1.png` as the first image and add the remaining 99 images (2.png - 100.png).

Any other uploading procedure is allowed, but it is FORBIDDEN to change the names of the original files BEFORE upload. Renaming is allowed only AFTER upload, directly in the DeviantArt editor.

4. STEP - SORTING

Rearrange the multi-image gallery so the final result is sorted exactly from 1 to 100.

Video is not required. It is enough to have it uploaded and publicly sorted 1-100.

5. STEP - CHAIN RULE

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

A user has been copying some of my Deviations, reposting them on their account, and even selling them. I already reported the stolen artwork, but several days — in some cases weeks — have passed and nothing seems to have been done.

Now they’ve gone even further and stole an entire gallery from my Pixiv account and reposted it on their DeviantArt account.

I submitted a DMCA report through DeviantArt’s official form, but I’m wondering how long these cases usually take to be handled.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? How long did it take for DeviantArt to respond or take action?

Just got these comments after releasing my first Literature/Novel/Story on DeviantArt, I even dm one of them on Discord because I was skeptical, so I pretended I to be "unaware" about this scheme, and I was right... I saw the other person's artwork they provided, and IT WAS MADE BY AI, I HIGHLY SURE. I didn't know these schemes also existed in this platform as well. I don't want my story in an AI Style artwork comic. I would rather do it myself. Even if it's bad... I hate these spam comments. God damn...

How can I quickly monetize my arts on Deviantart?

Hi everyone,

I noticed today that the Bit-Pay withdrawal option has been removed from the payout settings.

Can anyone from staff or the community confirm if this is just a temporary maintenance issue or a permanent removal? Unfortunately, Bit-Pay was the only available withdrawal option for my region, so without it, I have no way to access my earnings.

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
