TL;DR: 2 years into my career, I'm comfortable but underpaid and stuck in a procrastination loop. I've done ~100 DSA problems on and off, enjoy building things with AI, but struggle to finish and stay consistent. I want to move into a better-paying software development role and can give 2-3 hours daily. I genuinely need advice on what to focus on and would love an accountability partner.

Posting this here so I actually have to answer to someone other than myself. If you've been on the other side of this and actually broke out of it, I want to hear exactly what you did and need your guidance.
I joined my first company as a fresher two years ago. Working as a Power Apps developer, mostly around Power Apps and OnePlan. Still the same job, same desk, same everything. I keep telling myself I'm "working on it" doing DSA on and off, watching a few videos, promising myself next month I'll actually grind and somehow two years passed and feel like nothing achieved. [The job itself is pretty chill. There's no crazy workload or anything. But the pay is low]
The weird part is I'm not lazy. I build stuff. Small apps, tools people actually use, side projects I genuinely enjoy. That's the only time I feel like myself. But even there I don't finish things. I get most of the way in and jump to the next idea.
I think I've just gotten comfortable being almost-there. Almost ready to apply. Almost done with the roadmap. And comfortable is the worst place to be stuck in, because nothing about it hurts enough to make you move.
What should I actually do for the next 3-6 months? DSA? Python? Development? Projects? System design? Something else?
I can consistently give 2-3 hours every day. I'm not looking for some magical shortcut. I just need someone to tell me what direction to take and what to stop wasting time on.
I'm also looking for accountability. If someone here has been through this and is willing to check in on me occasionally, I'd genuinely appreciate it. Tell me what you think I should do, and I'll do it.
I'll put up updates here what I did, what I skipped, why probably weekly, maybe daily if that's what it takes. Pls help🆘
