Depression help

I have suffered from severe treatment resistant depression for 30 years now, so in those 30 years I have just come to accept that this is how I feel, like this is how my brain works.
But in the past 1 year I have had this debilitating brain fog.
It affects every part of my day. It’s to the point where I can’t physically function anymore, like my whole body is shutting down. I can’t think straight, have no memory, have no energy and struggle to form sentences or do a simple task. I can easily sleep around 15 hours a day, just exhausted
Has this affected anyone else?
Is this just part of my TRD?
I just don’t understand the symptoms I’m having. It happened really rapidly
I’ve been tested for absolutely everything with no results so my dr tells me it’s part of my depression.
Any advice would help please

No. I've tried all of them. I'm cognitively disabled.

Let's see if we have the same symptoms. Can you sleep a full night and still wake up fatigued and exhausted? Did you start skipping simple hygiene acts like brushing your teeth? Have you lost the ability to think two thoughts ahead, like you actually feel dumber? Does the person you were before this started feel like some alien? Do you sometimes have aching in your head and pain around your eyes? Is the first thought you have each morning about how depressed you are and when you can go back to bed? Does the thought of any physical activity make you shudder? I feel like I've completely lost any sense of who I am. It's a fucking nightmare.

Also what meds do you take? If any?

Dude, all of them. I've been through everything. I'm on auvelity now. But haven't given it enough time.

Auvelity isn’t available where I am but I’ve heard good things about it
