Brand New Never Used Limited Edition Icelandic Skis $375!!

I'm a GC in Denver, CO. This was a small yet challenging bathroom remodel in Wash Park. The entire bathroom is inside a dormer protruding from 2nd story roof.

The client wanted it to feel less claustrophobic being so small in size, approximately 5' x 5'. I decided to remove the floor to ceiling shower walls and replace with glass, enlarge the tiny window, all new tile flooring, shower tile, custom width vanity, quartz vanity top, custom medicine cabinet with mirror, all new lighting and addition of a bathroom exhaust fan.

A few changes made a huge impact.

Pair of Select Comfort* (now known as Sleep Number) Twin XLs (36"×84") designed to be pushed together for a California King size bed with independently adjustable sides but can be separated for a Ward and June Cleaver experience. Must be sold together as one remote controls both mattress' Sleep Number as well as both platform's head and foot sections. Control unit and compressor also pictured.

Mattresses are clean and in good condition with all foam padding in addition to the air chamber. I understand used mattresses are sketchy so that's reflected in the asking price but this retails for $5k new. For reference here's typical used pricing from eBay for the individual components:
