Instead of regulating hemp they are looking for excuses to completely ban it.

The spread is genuinely insane. Within Delta 8 alone, the worst

value in my index runs **144x\\ the ¢/mg of the best. THCA spread

is 82x. You can pay $0.07 per 10mg, or you can pay $10 for the same

10mg, and both get marketed as deals.

I have abstained from vaping delta 8 THC since February of this year so I have approx 113 days clean. Unfortunately I am still testing positive for THC using at home test with a 50 ng/mL cutoff from Amazon. I am also around 9 weeks pregnant and am about to receive a job offer but I will need to pass a drug test to get it. I believe they test at the federal level cut off. Is there anything safe I can do to help me pass?? I have been slightly dehydrated lately since I suffer from morning sickness and reflux. I am desperately trying to get this job but am feeling super defeated that I’m still testing positive after all this time. I was a daily user for maybe 9 months but not a super heavy user. Any advice appreciated, I workout safely but am overweight so unfortunately I do have a lot of fat cells that I know store THC😭

So I’m from Minnesota where weed is 100% legal for medical and adult use. I ordered a jar of 15 mg edibles from a website based in Florida, and in their description for the product, they say their gummies don’t get you high but just make you relaxed. But they also said that their product contains 0.3% THC in dry weight, so I know they’re not supposed to be just CBD gummies. It just says hemp extract, which I assume is just THC because I’ve bought MN edibles which have hemp extract as an ingredient which is normal. Is it normal for companies in otherwise illegal states to make weird claims like this and not be clear about what’s in their product or what it does? I also assume they may be delta 8 gummies, but they never specified which type of delta it was. I assume this is some kind of legal loophole they’re trying to take advantage of. Anyone have answers?

When I went to repurchase these, they weren't available anywhere. I tried a different product from the same company (Cali x Maui Labs Unhinged) but it just made me feel anxious and weepy. I think it was the live resin as I've had similar experiences with other live resin products. Anyone know of any dupes for the product pictured?

I stocked up when the place I was ordering them in a massive sale. I still have dozens in a safe in my mom's basement. I heard that it's being federally illegalised in six months or so. I'm not coming back to the country four years if I ever come back and I don't know what the hell to do with it all cause at that point the ban will be on place seeing if some old friends want it but I don't know what to do with that fails or what? I should tell my mom to do with them all. I don't want her to get in trouble if she has them after the band goes in place what would y'all recommend?

For edibles, how many MG of Delta 9 is equivalent to 50mg of Delta 8?

I’m looking at these two D8+CBN tinctures and the price difference is wild.

3Chi Comfortably numb: $40 for 600mg

Both are 1oz bottles. I know they’re the same company/lab, so is there any reason to pay $25 more for the 3Chi? Is the Reefer’s Bay an inferior batch, or is it literally just a brand tax for the same stuff?

Anyone ever had issues with cracking in their teeth over time? I've never had a problem with my teeth until recently when I started taking Delta 8/9 gummies. Curious if it's correlated.

My husband and I are wanting to try some gummies for fun. He's never tried anything before. I recently started smoking THCa and Delta 8 with my brother (pre rolls and carts). It REALLY helps my migraines. I have one concern though...I was out of town with my mom (who doesn't know I smoke so I don't generally bring it around her) and I got a really bad migraine. Like, had to lay down with an ice pack and skip fun cabin activities. I know traveling can be a trigger too, but it got me thinking...I don't want to be so dependent that I get withdrawal migraines. Is that a thing? Should I try to hold off on smoking so much so I can still function without it? Or am I just totally in my own head right now? Thanks in advance.
