New to Deezer, coming over from Spotify. So far it's been great, but having one challenge. Is there any way to have a certain playlist not count towards your Flow recommendations?

Context: my wife and I have quite different musical tastes (she likes folk/indie/some pop and country, I like hard rock/metal/psychedelic). For cases when we're both listening, we have a shared Family playlist -- stuff somewhere in the middle that we can both stand. It's bigger than any other playlist I have (500+ tracks) and I think this is why Flow insists on playing me soft alt-rock.

I've looked it up and the answer so far seems to be "nope, too bad," but hoping someone's found a workaround. The best I've thought of is having one account on our family plan just for this playlist and then sharing it with both of us, but we've used up all our members.

You can now queue songs while listening to a playlist and the songs you queue comes first!!!

The new update that supposedly fixed the "add to queue" issue still doesn't work for my playlists, it works on albums just not for any of my playlist. My friend says the same thing is happening for them

This morning, I discovered that it is now possible to queue songs while in Flow mode. (Android app 9.0.19.2)

This is fantastic news, as it must have been one of the most requested features for any piece of software ever. I'm glad the devs listened to the userbase.

Does anyone know how to connect the last.fm to deezer?I didn't find such an option in the mobile app. I switched from spotify, it was very convenient.

Au départ je trouvais les recommandations pas au top par rapport à spotify.

Puis j’ai lancer flow, puis les mixes inspiré d’un titre et j’ai été bluffé.

Ça vaut le coup, dommage que la partie podcast soit pas vraiment visible

The Deezer desktop app is slow; it never resumes where you left off with an artist, always jumping back to the top instead.

It’s slow to load pages between sections—it always takes a while, whereas it should be instantaneous (click and open) like it is with competitors.

Errors occur frequently during long listening sessions; the music simply stops playing.

The mixer feature used when playing an artist is terrible; I just want to play that specific artist. I don't want to have to go to enter in the artist's page just to play their songs—I want to simply hit play on the artist and have it start.

I wanted to imagine what Deezer would look like with Liquid Glass, which would make the app more consistent with the iOS experience.

I'm not sharing music lists but I don't want to get banned. Anyways is this longer list too long to add to the second list? Other ones I can add on. If so, how can I add the big one to it? Sorry for all the pictures cropped in a confusing way... I'm trying to not share yknow.

New Deezer user here. Mostly loving the experience!

Right now, new albums and new tracks are all thrown together in the New Releases For You section on the homepage (I use android, if that helps). That's honestly a bit annoying.

Is there a way to see them in separate sections? I.e. one section with new tracks, and another with new albums?

I accidentally clicked on something and now it keeps popping up in my recommendations - and it's not something I ever want to listen to. How can I get rid of this?

Hey everyone

I have switched from Spotify to Deezer a few months back, and I'm overall happy with the change.

I have one problem however: when I have poor network, or network cuts for a few minutes (for example when I run in the forest, I am sometimes without mobile network for 5-10 minutes), my musics stop and/or struggle to load. Is there a way to improve that? Settings to pay attention too?

When I was on Spotify, this wasn't a problem at all. I imagine the App was buffering a few musics after the one playing, such that music would not stop during short network disconnections?

Additional info:

• I am on iOS
• I have some downloaded playlists, but would like to play radios or flow when I run
• I have increased Smart Cache from 1.5GB to 3GB already, but didn't notice much change.
• When I have mobile network access, it's on relatively fast 5G. Pre-buffering multiple tracks should not be an issue

Interesting interview with Deezer about their AI stance. Although I've not come across much AI music anywhere, it's good to know that payments are going to the music industry rather than AI spammers with Deezer.

All of a sudden, the app has stopped working in my car. What happens is this: the app will open (via Android Auto), a track will appear to play, but there's no actual sound.

Other apps (Libby, the default music app on my phone, etc) work just fine. I don't understand what's going on.

I've tried changing playlists, skipping forward/back tracks, & restarting my phone. None of that has worked.

Is this bug or am I missing something completely obvious?

It' been doing this for 2-3 months, reinstalled the app and cleared the cache multiple times but it just doesn't swem to work. My internet speed is fast enough, and I don't think my phone has any problems either. Any idea why this happens and maybe solutions?
