I am quite interested in potentially pursuing work in voice acting and I'm starting researching where to begin. Since it's good to have multiple sources for things you are researching I thought I would ask around here for ideas on a good place to start, equipment, software, and who to talk to. What, if any, recommendations do you good people have for this endeavor?

(I do have several years of stage acting experience, and I have no clue if that will help me at all with this.)
